66The staff at this store would have to be the rudest I have ever encountered. Don't ask a question, they run the opposite direction, got quoted $80 courier fee to get a small part from Maroochydore. I will use Maroochydore as my store from now on, they actually have stock. This store is hopeless.
Couldn't believe they would have the fasteners I was looking for. Oh yes they did. Saved me going online and paying postage.
It's a bit hard to get service. And everyone I do track down seem to be in the "wrong" zone so cannot assist. Fellow customers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, however
Good layout of products however disappointed in some staff as they don't know where some products are but give wrong directions. Overall good experience.
Great for kids on a rainy day, lovely staff in the coffee shop and kids painting area and free popcorn and play area.
Huge store with every possible thing to buy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make shopping a pleasure. Adequate free parking. Highly recommended.
