Bunnings Noosaville reviews
66Every single staff member has a consistently poor, lazy attitude at this store. Shameful for a business that is normally so customer focused with good staff
Many choices of brand and products. Generally well signed. Usually find a staff member nearby to assist.
Wonderful garden section. Danni was very professional and caring for our needs. Deserves customer service of the year award
Bunnings Power pass system is one of the best around, packed with great features and benefits, however.
This store is a disappointment.
Poor stock levels, lacklustre staff that are more interested in personal conversations than customer service. 17: 30 on 02/06/21 I drove to Noosaville store and my first three item on list are not on shelf and out of stock. Coming in tomorrow apparently.
Don't lie to me, don't give me excuses, just apologise and assist me by offering to call me when in/alternative/etc.
Turned around and drove to Maroochydore to find items in stock, helpful staff and offers of assistance.
A one star rating only for Noosaville Bunnings (which used to be my regular store) so I can comment.the rumours are correct that a few in industry drive the distance to Gympie Bunnings as an alternative.
Attempting to finish on a positive, the PowerPass app is fantastic.
Came here this morning to put buy a fire pit. Spent 20 minutes looking for a staff member to get one in a box for me (only had the display one). All staff avoiding eye contact with customers seeking help. Went to the front desk to ask for assistance - lady asked for a team member to assist in leisure.waited another 10 minutes. Not ONE staff member came. Walked around for another 10 minutes trying to find someone without luck. Then left empty handed. Very disappointing!
Good Bunnings store I was surprised to find it is a bigger full sized stores. Large sized nursery as well. It has a dedicated tradies pick up. Lots of staff on hand to tell you where everything is. A great big car park with an area for trucks and vehicles with trailers.
Excellent service Adam and Will great ambassadors for their Employer. Nothing was too much trouble personal service with a smile Thanks guys
Fantastic group of people very help great to hear them all work together as a team even under the pump of a big stocktake coming up working through each days little bumps. Especially Great Complex manager friendly helpful greets and assists customers with there needs. Disabled parking available at the front entrance and easy access to roll around the complex. Shop online with Pick up available also. Keep up the great work team.
Don't take your pet. Mite get attacked, lack of experienced staff, store to big to find what you need and lack of helpful directions, prices are fair since they've eliminated most competitors
Stock on shelves never adequately supplied, often source items on the internet confirming availability, only to see no availability on shelves
There was no queue whatsoever and security at the door still made me go all the way to the far and of the nonexistent line what an incompetent person very disappointing I walked away and Bunnings Noosa I have lost my trade good on you
As a retired engineer, Bunnings is my local 'Toyshop' I usually go there to buy one thing and comeback with four. Keeps me active and luv it.
Pathetic excuses of a trade section at Bunnings Noosaville. John the trade desk hand was extremely unhelpful rude and nothing but a barcode scanner. So much for Bunnings supporting small local tradies.
I’ve had good and bad experiences at this Bunnings. Most of the the staff are awesome. A couple aren’t so great. Louise in the tool shop is brilliant. I reckon I’ve spent over $20k here in a year since moving up to the area. You should see my collection of receipts. Make sure you keep yours because you can’t return anything without one! Usually a good sausage sizzle to support a good local cause.
Once again found all I need here. It's like diy heaven in a great big shed. And the sausages Maaaate they are so so good.
Common problem with all Bunnings I have used from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane is it advertises as a warehouse yet operates as a retail outlet.
Very common to find limited stock of most commonly used items and hence surprise the item you most likely want is out of stock or there is not enough.
Another issue is the stock level on a item reaches minimal or no items at all and it takes a few days for them to fill the empty shelf & they don, t learn that hey that is a popular item and maybe we need more stock or not let the stock run out.
Numerous times I have gone to another company out of frustration from these issues. How about go through sales and have more of popular items and have computer based warnings ahead of stock running out.
Very frustrating and I have seen many other frustrated customers over the years.
PS. Its not a case of someone has taken a lot of stock suddenly as I have seen numerous times stocks dwindle slowly to nothing and then a empty shelf for days.
Open till 9pm, great parking, had the particular lightbulb I needed and couldn't get elsewhere, great friendly staff.what can I say other than excellent? !
Normally this store is pretty helpful but NOT today. I wanted to purchase a hedge trimmer which I had in my trolley (along with a few more hundred's in other items) and was told at the register that the battery was not included. Fair enough. The batteries are sold and kept behind another counter which I then went to and stood in line to be helped. Well the woman was anything but helpful and seemed more interested in helping the couple next in line than me. So I left the entire trolley with her and exited the store. I will now go to Mitre 10 and purchase my hedge trimmer.
You should have more floor staff to help customers with enquires. Skeleton staff is run off their feet! That's why they're skeletons.
Website needs updating! Advertised ladies Saxon Gumboots as being available in store including Maroochydore Bunnings but employee told me that they are no longer available after I couldn't find them as advertised. Annoying and inconvenient as I had to organise someone to take me to Bunnings, both stores, as I'm wheelchair bound, only to find the item was no longer stocked.
