Bunnings Noosaville

Came today to get a 9kg gas exchange, paid at the counter, waited for assistance only to find they had run out of gas.
How hard is it for a staff member to notify them inside after the last bottle was sold just not good enough

On attending the paint section wanting to grab a match to a Haymes color, I was first meet with no staff at the counter. Was waiting for approximately a further seven minutes before a staff member walking past was able to find someone to assist. When informing this paint person what I required, I was meet with a "im sorry, we can't match Hymes colours " Now, I know Bunnings has a little instrument that can detect the breakdown of a colour allowing them to colour match, but this kid was so obviously looking for any reason not to help. Wouldn't even open the lid of the can that I had brought in. I then asked him to place a sample of my provided colour onto a card, dry it with the hair-dryer that was just behind him then scan the dried sample with the matching instrument before he then turned to me and said " oh, that won't work as the paint won't be dry to take a sample? This kid was so obviously not interested in assisting and was probably not aware that paying customers pay his wage.
This Bunnings is a terrible store but what makes it worse is that management won't take steps to rectify the issues. This staff member had no idea what he was doing and had no initiative. Fix your staff Bunnings by educating them or just don't put kids on who make YOUR business look bad.

Just loaded up gyprock on my own, at least 3 members of staff walk past and never offer any help, but they’re really good at scanning your receipt on the way out!
Wondering if the place around the corner is mighty helpful in the future?

Bunnings Noosaville Store would have to be the worst store in the country. Staff have no knowledge, they stand around and talk amongst themselves. They will turn away if you even look like you are going to ask for help. They leave stock in the middle of walkways blocking entire aisles. Their stocking system is a joke. Online says they have stock then you drive there to be told they don't, but do they update their system? Hell No that would be far too much work. As consistent home renovators we love going to Bunnings but not to this store.
We have only ever had one fantastic customer service experience with the staff at Bunnings Noosaville. Reason? She was a fill in from Bunnings Maryoochydore!

Who doesn't Love Bunnings. I could easily spend a whole day in this place. Easy navigation signage but who needs them when you want to go down every aisle.

Helpful staff. My go to place for my gardening needs. So lucky to have staff with a sense of humour.

I do love Bunnings. But the best thing about the Noosaville store is finding out you need to drive to Maroochydore where the item you're after is in stock.

Any good comment with more than one star has to be from the staff themselves or their friends and family! They do like a chat amongst each other and the knowledge is appalling! There's never any staff on the registers so you have to wait, every time! This has to be the worst Bunnings store I've been to in a long time!

On arrival asked the greeting person what ile for the prodocts I was after. Gave me correct directions which was great as I have been to another Bunnings where I had to ask 5 workers before eventually found my item in the nominated isle. I enjoy shopping at Bunnings however there are a few stores where I feel like I am being 'fobbed off ' & given incorrect directions when asked. Not sure if there is still such a thing as The 'Mystery Shoper' who reports back to management on how staff treat customers but there should be.

Had fun at this store. The staff were really friendly. They had lots of stock and specials. Done the usual and came home with lots of treasures - just too many nice things here. The place was clean and again, well stocked and very helpful. Lots of parking for everyone. I also found out I can take audio cables back to another store if I bought wrong. Now that's handy to know

With wonderful staff and stocked shelves, this a great place to shop for all your hardware and DIY projects.

A young lady at the Trade Counter went out of her way to help me today. Her name is Cleo and she was was simply fantastic and I can’t speak highly enough about her.

The service is much more available and polite at this Bunnings, than many others I've been to around the country.

Be warned this is not a big store, so stock and range is limited.
Some staff are too lazy to help and shouldn’t be there. Find the right assistant and they are only to willing to help, remember who they are for next time.

Online this store is the pits. Why can’t this store match other store on the coast?
All other store on line shopping tell you if item is available, which row and which bay.
Noosaville store couldn’t be bothered.

If you like to shop Bunnings, go to Maroochydore or Caloundra.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful at this Bunnings. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Heather, who happily kept an eye on my dog while I had to run in quickly. She’s an absolute gem and a credit to the store.

Only avarage in size and stock compared to other Bunnings stores, other Bunnings look a lot better, needs improvement.

Friendly staff but not enough items stocked. It's a smallish store and not everything is available here which usually means a long drive to the Maroochydore store. Please build a bigger one in Noosaville!

Dimwit who greets you and directs sends you everywhere you need accordingly was at least three or four aisles out instore directions.most of all was to worried about eating his food and had no mask on? Wtaf
