Bunnings Noosaville reviews
66A good local Bunnings overall, although stock range could be increased. Ideally the local community might use it more if the complex had a bigger store with wider variety. In saying that though, the staff is great and they always help out and go above and beyond even to try and find the products they don't store and get them in store for the special requests.
I’m a truck driver and the recieving team members come across as very rude and not polite. Some staff need better training.
A beaut store going though a redesign and with all that still had plenty of helpful, full staff. Good experience.
Great service would be a 5/5 but lately I've had a sneezing fit walking into the building. Don't know what they've changed for this to happen
Hope the shade trees grow quickly the car park is a desert.inside welcoming door staff but if you can find a staff member in the isles pounce on them before they disappear like a puff of smoke.if you capture one they are help full and knowledgeable but mind they don't escape while your reading the fine print.
Love Bunnings! Just a great place to go for anything you need. Excellent friendly staff and a great shopping atmosphere.
Generally I love a trip to Bunnings as I do a lot of Diy but the drive through trade pick up section of Noosaville is pathetic.
I feel that I never get good service in this Bunnings. Looks like the staff hate their job.please inspire your staff to be happy and serve customers with joy.
A well stocked store with helpful staff. The store is clean and wait times are minimal at the checkout. Carpark is acceptable. Kids playground, Cafe and public toilet inside.
Its bunnings! Its cheap and its got heaps of parking. Staff are helpful if you can get a hold of one. Like that i can take my dogs in inside in a trolley.
Great range and friendly service. (Open late too) Somehow I always leave with more than I intended to buy!
Great helpful friendly staff. Great sausage sizzle most days. Clean place, accessible clean toilets. Coffee shop and playground a bonus. Good specials.
Friendly staff but not enough items stocked. It's a smallish store and not everything is available here which usually means a long drive to the Maroochydore store.
Helpful but had to show staff how to find their own stock. Special orders guy bloody awesome best part of store
Worst service I've received at a bunnings! After standing next to 2 staff who were having a chat about they're weekend waiting for one of them to pay me attention for over a minute so I could ask for directions, I politely interrupted them and they were extremely rude as if I had no right.pretty shocking customer service! I'll should add that they were clearly senior staff.a great example to set for your employees!?
Half way between Noosa and Tewantin you can find your trusted Bunnings with them full range and usual ex-display offers, be aware the car park gets full, and has no shaded spots so gets really hot, stuff is friendly as in most bunnings.this shop is always updated with wether occurence is happening.
Well sized gardening area.
Very supportive of the community and the inside of the room as well
Not sure if they have recently changed a lot of staff around but generally they don't seem to know much about their products lately. There is a few that are amazing though.
I mean it's a corporate hardware store. You could get lost and starve to death in aisle 237, and the 3 employees would still be huddled together near the door deciding who gets first break.
We were served by Rauri today who was really keen and happy to help, even though they were out of stock of what we needed he tried to find an alternative solution. Nothing was too difficult and he didn't even try to palm us off even though it was his second shift. Thanks mate!
Terrible customer service not to mention interrogated and treated like a terrorist. The woman serving me at the checkout was cold and rude. Didn’t even say goodbye when I was leaving nor help me lift a 40kg object into my car. Props though to the fella who helped me lift the item onto my trolly though and was super friendly. Overall, the typical Bunnings experience. A few rotten eggs ruining the customer experience.
