Algester Medical Centre has always been my family medical centre for over 15 years, Doctor Ho is my family doctor for over 15 years. Dr Ho has always conduct in professionalism manners towards his patients, excellent in listening, his communication skills is impeccable, his responsibility, duty of care for his patients is absolute outstanding, and his doctor professional advises has helped me a great deal throughout the years of my illness and current, before and after my late husband had passed away. I have enormous respects and high valued in Dr Ho, thus, many my friends and family I also referred to Algester Medical Centre. My husband is also been to Algester Medical Centre, highly valued and respect Dr Ho from medical professionalism, right down to earth doctor, positive attitude doctor. We are highly recommend Dr Ho to local new patients, or insterstate patients.

As for other negative comments regards Dr Ho, is simply not true. Because I am one of his regular patient and have known Dr Ho since my early young age days. In my view Dr Ho is highly respects, high valued, positive, happy attitude doctor, and his doctor professionalism is highly recommended. Algester Medical front of house Staff is very professional answering the phones, and response in a very pleasant voice manners, and prompt response in return if required. We are very grateful and thank you to Dr Ho and his team as our highly valued doctor, and has help me a great deal throughout my illness, and medical profession advises before, and now.

Therefore, we're highly recommend Dr Ho, and his Algester Medical Centre Team to our local area, interstate. L&T.

Doctor Sulieman has been our doctor for the last few years and is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

Unfortunately our experience with Covan Ho was in line with some of the other reviews on here. Overall an appalling experience including random stories about previous patients, passing the buck for poor advice and placing all responsibility for medical diagnosis away from himself. There are far better practices to take your family to locally as we've found.

Had an appointment today and there was obviously an emergency as ambulance came with lights and sirens and receptionist and doctors handle situation very professionally.

We were advised of wait times (which was understandable) and surprisingly were seen 15minutes after paramedics arrived on scene.

This center is very caring and on top of it. I will definitely recommend to a friends and family.

Unprofessional asian receptionist. Gave us an appointment at 10.08 pm. I think she tried to squeeze us in as the last appointment. We went there at 9.50pm. Said all doctors have left and she already shutdown the computer. Money greedy. Bad customer service.

Dr Ho is very rude and judgemental. He jumped to conclusions about me with knowing any of my medical history or what I have been through over the past few years. He had absolutely no understanding of my condition, considering my knowledge of healthcare I think it entirely inappropriate to have been treated the way I was in my last appointment, especially when I was in distress. Stay away from this doctor!

Had a few visits now and must say it’s a great practice, excellent advice and service every time.

Always a long wait, at the least you will be 30mins after your appointment time, never on time.

Doctors are great but I’m always waiting over an hour to be seen. Even when I have made an appointment prior.

I've made several appointments and seen couple of GPs and I love the service staff and doctors give. Awesome place.

Dianne was very helpful and kind while making an appointment for my dad.

Sarah was remarkably patient on the phone with me even when I changed appointment time back and forth.

When ever call for appointment to receptionist says all doctors are fully booked if you want they give a appointment at Acacia Ridge not Algester Medical Centre Why?

Dr Badrul need patient to wait more than an hour without any notices was really unacceptable. Not recommend to see this Dr Badrul in this medical center

We already booked an appointment and when we rich hospital lady behind the counter says wait here when we are waiting so long more than hours new people come and see the doctor when we ask at counter lady she forgot to put our name in list she was not doing her job properly. Just talking.

I made an appointment here a few weeks back hoping that a Doctor could actually help me with some medical issues, you know what a Doctor is suppose to do. This was my first time as a new patient. I waited well over half an hour (which I don't mind) only to be handed a script. All the Doctor literally said to me was "What can I help you with? " And "Is that all? " The Doctor I had an apppointment with only seemed to be concerned with finishing her shift (I even saw her leaving the surgery in a car before I was out the door) and not actually sorting out what I was there for. I also found it a bit concerning that they will write a script for anything with no questions asked, as long as you know the name of it. I highly recommend this place if you're only there for a script and a little chit-chat with the reception, nothing serious.

I had a great experience at this centre, receptionist Diane was lovley and Dr Suleman was very helpful, id highly recommend them.
