Insane food; definitely worth having the barramundi or t-bone. Can hardly fit on the plate. Grouse set-up and nice staff. Definitely recommend

Amenities are clean. You are very close to the springs. Park is clean and there is a resturant here and a bar.

Well run and inviting. Stayed in an ensuite site with power. Restaurant was perfect and above the normal standard expected at a caravan park. Ensuite is dated but functional, which is a leader in the outback.
Absolutely recommend this establishment.

Over night stop. Happy hour between 5-6. Meals range from barra to steaks and pasta. Amenities blocks basic but functional.

Awesome place to stay. Heaps of room you don't have caravans squished in next to you.
Staff are happy and helpful.
Enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner here. Food was fabulous. Best chicken parmi ever and pizza was delicious.

Extremely disappointed in the motel rooms. Substandard mattress covered in stains and disintergrating. Shower cubicle a disgrace patched with a piece of fibrolite, mouldy and stained. One of the poles holding up the verandah had been hit with a vehicle and had broken the bolts and had been taped up! The camp kitchen was large and clean. Spa pool cold and swimming pool needed work. Such a disappointment for a busy tourist area. The property needs a great big injection of TLC!

Location is great. However, so work needs to be done quickly to ablution blocks.water pressure very low in showers. Our second visit and surrounds nice, but ablutions let you down.

Great park with beautiful location, barra pond needs renovating and some of the staff need motivating. Deb was wonderful.

Unpowered site expensive for piece of dirt, shower & toilet. Nice to see peacocks and wallabys

We came here to feed the barramundi. It was fun and the guy that ran the show was both informative and fun. Looking at the accommodation here, we probably should have stayed rather than at the Mataranka Homestead.

Nice staff, very nice restaurant. Campground very dry, pool poorly. Thermal pool rather overrated. Full of people, very small and when the bats are there: (

Great service and real solid food choices. Dont expect fine dining but a smile and good honest food is a sure thing

Arrived at 1800 went to room only to find we couldn't park in front of our room cars everywhere.and how hard is it to turn the aircon on before a guest arrives the rooms are like ovens it nearly an hour to cool the room down with the old window ratter aircon unit.
Then went to order dinner but told it wont be ready till 1930 but we must order and pay now. At 1930 we arrive for dinner saw same girl and told it wont be long. 15 mins later I go the servery and ask how much longer, its coming out now she says while playing with some little children. Another 10 mins go by then she says to what are having? I tell her oh yes its just coming off the grill now this time I said I'll wait after 5 mins I went back to our table nearly 8 mins later she brings out our food just puts its down and leaves
But it get worse what supposed to Barramundi looked like 3 fish fingers without the crumbs squash together for $30.00!

To the girl at the servery, forget chasing and playing with peoples kids look after the paying customers. To who ever looks after the bookings its the small thing that count, aircon on before arrivals tell people not park in other people spots etc.

I always like to support the smaller business but places like this make it so hard.
