Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park

Exactly what to look for in a caravan park. Great facilities, good food, the house beer is delicious and the owners were lovely. I stayed here two nights and will stay again next time I'm going through.

The owners and their son were/are great to deal with.
As newish owners they do have their work ahead of them. But their attitude and the upkeep, changes, maintenance is already showing.
I would and I am recommending anyone give this accommodation a go.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
No issues from me.
Live music and a few beers with dinner and I am sure my night with be great.

It was a experience. Husband got up early hours of the morning to find a snake in the bathroom. Killed snake could'nt sleep so headed off a lot earlier than planned.

Friendly service and decent food in a clean environment. Not worth going into town for a feed or drink. Could do with WiFi in rooms but it is available in the restaurant area.

New friendly owners that will aim to make your stay relaxing and memorable.
Motel rooms have had a revamp, but bathrooms are clearly needed to be done next. Restaurant had decent fare, and drinks cold.
Close to all the springs in area and good to use as a base.
Would come back.

Such a. Magic spot - close to Bitter Springs and just a treat to relax in. The meals were great, and delivered to our room by a cheerful messenger on a motorbike!
Staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was a trouble (I’m coeliac).

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Rooms were clean and had all we needed.

Planning to come back for a decent stay soon!

The pool was definitely the best part of this place being a wonderful temperature and the layout of the room was good too. However the cleanliness of where we stayed was seriously lacking. From dead spiders to dust all over the place. Even had a little visit from a cockroach during the night. Worst part was without a doubt the aircon. We noticed it didn't seem to be cold so we opened it up and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in yonks. We did you guys the favour of cleaning it ourselves, no need to thank us.

Clean, spacious, friendly, craft beer on tap, good food from a real chef. Best of the 3 caravan parks in Mataranka in my opinion. Great for camping, great cabins.

Owners are nice, swimming pool, good food, rooms are a good price. Only 2 mins drive to bitter springs natural thermal pool. And 1 minute off Stuart highway in mataranka

The staff here are amazing and so polite. The rooms are well kept and clean. If you're a beer drinker, they have their own brand with a unique and pleasant taste. The food is absolutely incredible. There's a pool for the hot days. My first experience here today and I loved every moment.

Love going to the manor i call it my second home, since the new owners took over the bird life has returned the grounds and gardens are well kept and beautiful which goes towards very relaxing atmosphere

Favourite place to stay when travelling through. Cabins are comfortable. Hosts are very friendly

Shockingly burnt black charcoal chops. My group of four ladies all ordered the same dish and they all came out after a long hour and a half wait, very burnt, barely warm, chips cold. The pepper sauce was nice. The waitress on enquiry as to ‘what happened to the chops’ advised alot of people like it that way’ she did offer a refund. The salad/veggie bar was lovely and had kept us going during the long wait. Loved the rockmelon salad. Very unhappy with the main meal and service.

What a lovely stay, also a pleasant surprise in the cabin being both clean and serviceable. We had plenty of room for our family. Very friendly and quick to assist when extra linen was needed.
A quick chat with Michael and Charlene (the owners) at the bar. Followed by a great steak and cold beer. I admire and appreciate the effort shown by your young fella pitching a hand serving guests.
Couple that with a swim at the local Bitter Springs WOWWEE ‍️‍️

After learning that Mataranka thermal springs are back open, we were not sure if local camping spots would be too but we were pleasantly surprised that most privately owned caravan parks are open and looking for business during this currently quiet dry season. We stayed one night in an unpowered site and it was delightful. There is ample space, shade and a lovely lake down the back. The restaurant menu looked tempting although we didn’t have a chance to dine. The bbq and shower facilities are clean and functional.

Motel room - nice, clean, aircon, fridge, kettle, bathroom with shower. There is also a pool, restaurant (nice burgers or fresh baramundi). Kangaroos, lizards, frogs, peacocs all in a huge play area (big enough for kids to do any sport.

Relaxed setting, large park. Good management. Clean tidy place. Plenty wildlife. Great for families.wallabies peacocks pool etc

We had a great stay at the Territory Manor Caravan Park. Loved the shady green site, Barra feeding and the happy hour in the fully stocked bar. The menu in the restaurant very reasonable and delicious. The staff were the tops. Great customer services. Di and Wayne Thomas - Adelaide
