Room, service and location was great but taking up to 10 business days to have a security deposit returned to your account seems far too long.

Would be better to have a couch rather then 2 uncomfortable chairs in the room to watch tv on, couldn't get comfortable at all

Beautiful place to be. Well maintained spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Delicious buffet breakfast! I love this place!

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable a bit small but ok. Hallways smelt so bad full of wet carpet and mold. The staff at front dest could have been a lot more friendly. Wouldn't eat the buffet breakfast over priced and horribly over cooked fatty foods. Just a short walk to eat at a lot better places to eat.

Clean rooms and good views. In the city centre. Has 2 Cafes downstairs (Dukes and Table 43, both have good coffee) and a Hairdresser. Bakery just across the road.

Room was beautiful and we'll maintained. Staff were friendly and great value. Especially since they were working new year's eve

The hotel toiletry stuff smells amazing! Also lovely staff everytime I have been there. Good showers and amenities. Restaurant downstairs is also good food and good prices.

Great accom.clean wth large rooms. Wifi good. Good restaurant.full breakfast a bit pricy but other options avail.

Only just north east of main centre. Lots of facilities with nicely laid out rooms and apartments. Very good and helpful staff.

Very poor service from staff the money they held for the bond they didn’t give it back to us. It’s been 2 months and still no signs of the money. I tried to contact Mantra and no one got back to me in regards to the money. Unacceptable as they are saying it’s not there fault but money just disappeared from my account. I have no experienced anything like this before as I had no issues at any other hotel around Darwin.

Enjoyable and comfortable Stay. Quiet rooms and large comfortable bed. Pretty central location. I liked the layout of the room with the separate sleeping space. Only disappointment for me was very limited vegan food options in the eating space. Not an issue for many I imagine.

Booked here for my wife and myself for our first anniversary and they made the effort to show they care with freebies and the room/apartment we had was amazing! The pool is a great addition used it a lot! Will book here again just lovely experience.

Right in the city. Friendly staff. Huge room. Full amenities like dish washer, washing machine and dryer. Near to foods and entertainment.

As I was only here for 1 night the most important thing was a good night's sleep. The bed was horrible with half a day of back pain the result. At $300 I didn't even have a choice of pillows. The bed was 2 singles pushed together which sunk into the crease between the 2. Breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. Will I be back? No. Even if the breakfast had of been included in the room price this wouldn't have have been enough to win me over.

This hotel is situated right in the centre of town. Close to shops, restaurants and the Smith St mall. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are a good size, modern with nice features. I really liked the bedside digital radio that had a usb port for charging your phone! I'd definately come back to stay here.

Nice Hotel in Darwin which is closer to the major attractions and harbour front. Has a cafe serving good coffee and food.

Great hotel in Darwin, near everything that your need (not that Darwin is really big but still in very short walking distances of everything). They have a nice pool what is great for sunsets and a restaurant on the ground floor with good food. Besides that the hotel is clean, modern and the staff is very friendly. Overall a lovely stay here.
