Mantra Pandanas

After our terrible experience with the Mantra on Esplanade. This place was lovely. No mouldy musty room. Beautiful aerated clean cool no smell of mould. Even though the other place gave the excuse of the tropics for the poor state of the room and the mouldy musty smell.
The staff were welcoming and would assist in any way possible. Again such a difference from the other Mantra.

I have booked especially this hotel for this facility mentioned.
When I called them from airport, the response was bad.even I had checked with them when I reached there.
I wish they can be specific if they are not providing such facility they should remove it from their site.
Location wise it's good near to Public transport & woolworths Supermarket & walkable to Stoke Hill wharf & Wave Pool.
Might be it didn't meet my requirement buts it's good.

Great location, fantastic service by reception staff & house keeping staff. Facilities including pool & gym are satisfactory. Plenty of parking on site. One bedroom self contain has wifi, balcony with water view, kitchen with cook top & medium size fridge, washer & dryer. I definitely recommend Mantra pandanas Darwin.

Nice central location, beds probably need a change, pool was nice, balcony had nice views, no foxtel and only 1gb wifi free per day but no streaming Netflix unless via a laptop via hdmi

Great rooms and facilities. Great location and prices. Only issue is car parking. I found i had to payfor parking in tge street, check in, get their car park pass and then drive into it. Same as check out, i needed the carpark pass to exit, drive around the front and walk back in to check out. Lovely staff.

Sarsh (might not be spelling her name right) is the receptionist that took care of my booking she was amazing and a real credit to Mantra.enjoyable stay

The apartment we stayed in was fantastic! The pool was nice to swim in after a long day, and the gym wasn't too bad either. The Pandanas was very popular when we were there, there were always people in the foyer checking in. It is right in the heart of Darwin City. A great place to base yourself for your Top End Holiday.

Modern, clean and close to restaurants, bars and woolworths/coles etc. Staff are very friendly and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Will stay here again.

Good location, nice spacious rooms, rain shower, clean, lots of usb power points. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are unserviced, could do with a bin empty, bed side lamps a bit too bright. Pool was great. Walkable distance to shops, harbour area etc.

I give it a 4 star rating because it is an inexpensive stay with the luxury feel. However, the gymnasium shouldn't really be called a gymnasium. It is an extremely small room. Something you wouldn't expect from a hotel like this. Almost impossible to get a really good daily workout there with the limited equipment. If they had dumbells and a bench it would be better. They definitely have the space to fit it in as well. The room i received was not cleaned in weeks or even months. They failed to deep clean the room and get corners and crevices. Clean is important especially nowadays with virus and disease. Even when i asked for them to vaccuum and clean certain dirty areas they still didn't vacuume the entire room because i saw the same dirt in the same spot.

I love the line selection of complementary toiletries. Seems high quality. Microwaves should be in all rooms.

Pool is amazing with a great view and they do have a spa and spa massage service.

There are so many better hotels in Darwin! Overpriced, dated, rude staff and restaurant is poor quality for what they charge. Oaks is across the road and offered so much better value! Don’t waste your money on this dive

Loved it. Got upgraded to a suite, has washer and dryer. Rooms are huge, TV in bedroom, big lounge, kitchen, dining. Ying Ying on reception was wonderful. Her customer service is A1. Give her a pay rise.

Centrally located friendly staff easy walk to shops restaurants attractions. Great location for touring easy access to Stuart Highway

Don't book the meeting conference rooms as they over charge on catering. Was charged $133 for a sandwich platter the was 45cm by 20cm in size. Consistency in food over 3 events was poor with poor timing and responce from management.

Very close to everything you need.

Such a great hotel, located in the heart of Darwins town centre.
I have stayed in two types of rooms,
1. With a kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, balcony.
2. And a standard room that is bigger then other hotel rooms with a sea view.

Great hotel, centrally located to the city. Our room was beautiful and clean. But be aware if you are staying more than a week your room only gets cleaned once a week, extra cleaning costs $35

Fantastic place to stay, great views over the city, and my room was huge and filled with amenities not usually found in a hotel.
This is a small kitchen stocked with pots and cutlery as well as a washer dryer in the bathroom.

Very comfortable. Could do with instructions for the dehumidifier but the room was spacious, quiet, clean and good a/c

For what is, essentially, nothing more than a big standard mantra apartment block, they've gone out of their way to make Pandanas feel really luxurious. The little touches with the bedrooms, the bathroom amenities, the kitchen supplies just go that step beyond the ordinary and elevate this place. Well done!
