Mantra Pandanas reviews
82 Good rooms with a nice veiw. Restaurant/Cafe downstairs is horrible, don't bother.
Staff are lovely.
It's located in the heart of the city. Walk around the city nearby attraction, resturants and pubs is the best value. Just 15mins away from Airport.
Offshore worker in iso we'll looked after nice little cozy apartment good size for iso love the view
No oven in apartments. Rooms are very small, the photos are deceiving. No supported way to get luggage to/from car park, so you need to illegally park in a bus zone to load/unload. No smoking even on balconies. No adjustment of air-conditioning below the prescribed temperature limit.
On the positive side, there is a ceiling fan in the tiny bedroom (which you will need since you cannot lower the a/c temp). The staff are very friendly. Good views. Clean and tidy. Air purifier in room.
Nice stay. Accommodation very good. Nice bed. Maybe a better couch. Good balcony, but view depands on which area or level your room is located.
Doing quarantine in the hotel room where I'm not allowed to leave
breakfast come 4 hours late lunch 3 hours late dinner never come
receptions always putting you on hold for calls or do not answer for people like me in my position who cannot leave the room at all the Hotel should have a better staff management
end up getting ubar eats and buy Groceries shops online because the Hotel cannot give a proper room service!
very unhappy

Had a very bad experience today. Have been discrimated today by a staff called Josephine because I come from Melbourne. She say she is scare of people from Melbourne because of covid. This should not be happening as I have done all the right thing to be here and not be mistreated like I'm dangerous person. This shouldn't happen at all especially in a hotel run by a international hotel group #Accor. I am hotelier myself and this is an unexpectable behaviour any where in hotel industry
Great place to base yourself in Darwin.
Table 43 is a restaurant located for breakfast and dinner.
ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT
Definitely be back.apartment was super comfy.cool and shower was awesome. Central to everything
Staff couldn't do enough for you
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Honestly could have been better,
Ran out of hot water, bathroom cupboard fell off its hinges (just missing my toes) a bit disappointing
Felt that the rooms were in need of a refurbishment. Unfortunately our entire floor 10th floor had a very musty smell. There was a bucket in passage collecting water from ac unit. There were 5 of us staying and we were not happy the pool was closed on 2 days. We were also surprised that our rooms were not serviced at all over the 5 days. Must say my room was very clean and spacious the bed super comfy and the views from my large balcony amazing. The restaurant was great as were the breakfast s that were included in my stay. Staff always friendly and helpful. I do know times are tough but maybe look at giving rooms a tiny makeover.
Thankyou for my week in Darwin.
The pool is CONSTANTLY closed for maintenance every few days. I worked for Scandic Hotels in Norway and it's literally unheard of that any hotel would have this amount of maintenance done on a pool whilst the weather is so hot. It's mostly done in winter. BE WARNED before you stay at the Mantra or rent an apartments next door (they share a pool with the residential apartments next door) that Darwin is stinking hot and this entire pool and gym area is likely to be closed. Day after day after day. I'm FURIOUS and will be seeking a refund.
The Mantra was easy to find, the foyer is nice and clean, the staff are super helpful! And the overall stay it was very enjoyable!
Comfortable, clean, quiet. The sunset view from the 17th floor was beautiful. Had a slight issue with the hot water running out in the shower one evening, but only the one evening.
Great comfortable rooms with awesome views of the city. Very convenient for access to Darwin city and the surrounding area. I imagine you can see either the sunrise or sunset from any room here. I was blessed with the sunrise in mine. I used my apartment for work when I needed to and the cooking facilities are great.
I love Mantras now part of Accor. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean. Location central. Public transport 500metres or walk to intetchange same distance. Restaurant on site reasonably priced. Only be careful in shower as very slippery and nothing to hold on to. Has Foxtel sports channels. Would recomend book with Mantra or Accor for best rates.
Enjoyed our stay, great location in the CBD with water views from our balcony. Friendly staff with spotless clean rooms. Will stay again.
Great hotel in the CBD of Darwin city. There is a licensed restaurant on ground level (Table 43) who offer breakfast lunch & dinner at very reasonable prices.
The hotel has a swimming pool located on the 6th floor & has 24 hour reception. Fully self contained apartments are also available.
Great base to explore Darwin & surrounding areas, for which
I highly recommend the Mantra Pandanas Darwin.
My friend stays there regularly he loves it I've been there visiting swam in the pool it was great. The rooms and views are excellent his room 1924 had a kitchen ETT handy to make your own snacks! Try it out
Every request was granted. The view and apartment was sensational. The pool was clean and view outstanding. The ladies on reception extremely friendly and very accommodating. Will definately be coming back here to stay.
