Lovely pool and mostly friendly staff. The jumping pillow and squash courts are not working and unlikely to be fixed (so I was told) so the value for families drops considerably. There's a splash zone for the littlies. To compensate on our 15 night stay with 4 kids, they offered 1 (yes only 1) 1/2 hour bike hire.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it's every bit as good as the first. Sites are plenty large enough and the place has a casual ambiance about it. The staff are very accommodating and try very hard to fill special requirements. Can't think of a better place to call home for a bit.

This would be the best caravan park I have ever stayed at in the ten years we have had our caravan.

Toilets were in very poor cleanliness, if you look at door surfaces, walls you can see that they have never been cleaned, floor mopped but never really scrubbed. No excuse for this, just poor standards. The only park in my travels to have seen this.

$52.00 per night, dirt site, tree stump made it extremely hard to back caravan into site. Mist probably would give this a miss. But! Everyone has their own opinion. Staff friendly.

There is some pros and cons of this caravan park the
cons, The campsites we’re tiny everyone was crammed in ontop of each other trees in the way of campsites making it hard to set awning up etc and the main drama we had was there was 2 working washing machines for a packed site with over 250 spots which made it near impossible to do the washing ended up doing my washing at 10pm, also the policy needs reviewing not allowing 2 cars to camp in the 1 site seeing as a car and giant caravan can stay there taking up the same ammount space would love to see it changed to a number of people instead Or a 2 vehicle policy

Pros, The facilities were excellent pools were good showers and toilets were clean and well maintained, also the staff from reception to ground staff were friendly and helpful

With a few changes this could be a really good spot

Great park, 27 minutes to Darwin CBD, so suited us as the park was very quiet and the staff very friendly, we enjoyed our stay of 2 weeks and would definitely recommend to stay.

Park needs a lot of work and I’m sure the new owners will do a great job would be nice to come back in a year to see the improvements as they only just took over the weeks before we booked so unfortunately we were unable to experience the park at it a best. A email maybe should go out explaining what is unavailable for the customer as it’s out of town. But pools are lovely with a large grass area to relax and the laska van was fantastic.

Firstly, this is definitely not a 4 Star hotel. I stayed for 1 night with my family, and it was just a Cabin to keep us out if the rain for the night. The Pool is nice and the Splash area looked fun for kids. However, I must say the Cabin we stayed in was extremely run down. It smelt and just didn't feel clean. There was mould on the walls and the shower had cracks thru it. Not impressed to be honest. Couldn't get up and out of there fast enough. Sorry BIG 4, but this Park needs some SERIOUS maintenance.

Great place to stay, either short term or long term. Plenty of facilities, shops are only 800 metres from the caravan park, and caravan park has its own shop as well. Pools and spa are great. Plenty of space and great people here as well. Definitely worth staying here.

Very shady, well established park. Clean amenities. Facilities for kids, well out of Darwin central so quieter. IGA & Servo on same road close by.

Loved this place! Would definitely come again! The pool is amazing, there is a water park and a jumping pillow. There is another smaller pool at the front of the park. The grass is kept short and the gardens cleaned. Unfortunately the toilets near us were closed due to the season so we had to walk at the front which was not ideal at night times but I do understand why they closed them.
The bugs at night are a bit crazy and get in the toilets. Friendly staff also and happy to help.

Dunno if it was this caravan park or not but me and my family were on a NT trip and we stopped in Howard Springs for a couple days and every single day we were here it bucketed 100ml of rain at exactly 4pm, beautiful lightning and thunderstorms.

Great for families. Fun splash park for kids but a lot of the facilities need repairs and upgrades. Really need to put fans or air-conditioning in all the bedrooms of the cabins.

We stayed at this awesome park for a month. Great managers and staff - very helpful and friendly. Amenities are cleaned thoroughly daily. The grounds, gardens, pools & splash park are fantastic for kids and very well maintained. 7 minute drive to Coolalinga shops - Coles, Kmart etc. Local shops at Howard Springs (chemist, liquor, IGA, post office, tavern etc) is a 1 minute drive. 25 minute drive south of Darwin. We had a 22 foot van and the gorgeous, shaded site we had adjacent to the splash park was ample. Big 4 membership further reduced the great pricing. Highly recommend.

The place is very nice and clean there a lot to for the kids, the olny thing that was letting it down was the cabin could use a bit of paint inside

Stayed in a cabin, clean and tidy. BBQ has not worked each time we’ve tried to use it, no electric frying pan or salad bowl, 2 saucepans and a small stove top frying pan which would have sufficed if the bbq was working. Squash courts advertised but locked at all times with out of order sign, the water at the water park has not much pressure to use all of the equipment. The two pools are clean but the park is looking tired and run down. Staff have been friendly.

Villa 34. Roaches in room, toilet uncleaned. Fridge fell apart as I opened. Main light faulty. Room smelled like urine whilst aircon was off. Mold on the screen sliding doors and for some reason I could not stop sneezing. Water park and pools were fine, kids enjoyed it. I would return if I were to stay in a caravan but I won't be wasting money on a room again. Book for two nights, but left after one night. Cheap room but I guess you get what you pay for it.
