I stayed here for 10 nights in a cabin and haven't slept this well in so long.
It's in a very quiet and peaceful location surrounded by flora and fauna with peacocks walking around.
The reception staff have been very accomodating and helpful.

I'm normally a NT tour guide and in all of Darwin this is the place I would choose to stay and recommend to tourists, affordable & peaceful!

Thank you for providing an excellent stay.

Well be staying again. Love the pool, the service and having dogs around to pat and washing machines were great

I stayed a week and found the staff to be very accommodating allowing me to use shelter for my boat.

I arrived 39mins after closing but was kindly checked in. Lots after big trees for shade. Individual bathrooms are great. Unfortunately the peacocks were very noisy and I am a light sleeper. Bushstone Curlews also had a bit to say but were not as intrusive as the peacocks.

We stopped in for 2 nights & were going to check into another park as we had booked it because it was closer to where we needed to be. Cancelled that booking and extended our stay at Howard springs to 2 weeks. We did not want to leave. 23ft van with so much space around us, green grass, palm trees, great amenities everywhere throughout the park, pools were beautiful with the bonus of spas in amongst the rocks. Kids loved the splash park, service station next door for gas bottles and other essentials, Howard springs tavern down the road with amazing meals in the dining room. Overall an amazing stay, grounds staff and cleaners work super hard to keep everything beautiful.enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately, I was called asking for money when I had already paid the correct amount, the fact that there was no drinking water was a huge inconvenience, the splash park wasn't working for 2 of the days which the kids were disappointed about, the rec room was really dirty, I was sent a message about checking out by 10am a day too early and overall the place is pretty run down. Staying here was a luxury for us and cost us a fortune. We prefer free cos but decided to splurge because my mum was coming to visit. Disappointing.

This is a great stop in the top end. Facilities are excellent, staff are enthusiastic and attentive. Nearby shops, tavern and mechanical services. The resident bird life add a special dimension.

Was a great, family friendly accommodation! The kids loved the splash park and pool. Would definitely stay here again when travelling with the family.

Location was perfect for what we needed.
Staff were incredible upon checkin and when we had further questions later in our stay.
Room is slightly outdated but was very clean and practical. The main room was very large which was a welcome change from other cabins.

Disgraceful park, drunk & loud neighbours creating excessive noise well after 10pm every night. Not great when trying to get kids to sleep. Hubby got gastro first night here. Shower runs either burning hot or freezing cold. Not an enjoyable stay and won't be back. The boomgate is not working so no security either. A quiet wikicamps on the side of the road would be a far better option than here.

We had a great stay, reception were lovely once we arrived, a little difficult to get hold of prior to arrival.
We had a nice shady site that was plenty big enough, was a tad awkward as the site boundaries weren’t clear but we just lined up between the trees.
Amenities were cleaned daily but being school holidays, they saw a lot of traffic. Much cleaner when kids aren’t around.
We loved cooking off in the pool and our dog loved the off leash area.
Water provided by office for drinking which we used, we had no illness during our 2 week stay and used all facilities and amenities.

I had an inconsiderate caravaner leave his spotlights on all night and a generator running intermittently ALL night, asked the manager to do something but he wouldn't.

Howard Springs Big4 was such a memorable holiday place for us.
We went of season so even better.
The people are nice, the facilities are clean as you expect the pool got alot of use.
The pool area is well set out plenty of space to lounge.
The shops are close by touristy things are everywhere and we are from Geelong in Victoria so I thought the weather would knock us over but the heat is much nicer than our heat.
I can't say enough positive things about Howard Springs Big4 go visit.

Father stayed here. Someone left there big spotlight on and loud generator on all night. So my father's decided to leave and they are refusing a refund. Hopeless manager don't waste your money at this place!

Lovely spot friendly staff some of the sites are a bit tight but the staff will help you in. And the peacocks are early risers. But hay it’s nature lol

We spent 6 nights @ a powered ensuite sight, it was a great stay, the staff were very nice and helpful, the sight we had was very generous in size and private as surrounded by trees, the pool was great for those hot humid days.

Unfortunately another corporate owned park that needs work. Could be soo much better. Would hate to see this place full. Sites are pretty close together. One washing machine working, the rest waiting to be fixed. Jumping pillow flat because new owners don't have the right insurance. Nothing is polished which is a shame with what is charged. Pool is fantastic and the ensuites are the best idea going.and clean. A bit of disinfectant in the mop bucket might be an idea and stick a mop and bucket in each ensuite.it won't break the bank.

The spa desperately needs to be heated. Please also provide more towels and blankets.

PS please put brakes on the beds in cabins, I can't get up in the middle of the night without launching my wife across the room.
