Absolutely fantastic service. Package was delivered within the hour, I loved the tracking screen. Sam did a great job. Would definitely use again!

After spending 25 minutes on hold, being advised that I am currently number 1 in the queue, I gave up. What abismal customer service. I was going to use you to deliver quite a few items, but not being able to even speak to someone for more than 25 minutes, when I was first in the queue the whole time I was on hold, totally put me off. Lost my business - will be using a different courier service.

Terrible service, waited for a usb cable delivery which was 10 min away for 4 hours then I received a call from a lady who I could barely hear her voice between screaming kids telling my sorry we can't do it, by that time store was closed lead to public holidays and.terrible terrible setup, no accountability.would not recommend them at all.

AMAZING SERVICE! These guys are incredible.
I had a clients device needing to be returned urgently, jumped on and found Zoom2u, the application process was SO SIMPLE, filled out the form and booked the courier immediately. They had collected my clients device within an hour, delivered it to Melbourne airport and flown to Brisbane within a matter of hours and I received the package that same day.
Strong communication was maintained throughout the entire process.
Highly recommend this service!

I've been a customer of Cargone Couriers for my food delivery but since they merged with Zoom2U, their service has been terrible. They showed up 45 min late to pick up which puts my business in negative. I liked working with Cargone because they used bikes. Who drives cars in the city for courier delivery!

30 minutes and still on hold after pickup went wrong. Are they on the toilet? I have been in position 1 for 25 minutes in the queue.

I am based in Melbourne and have used Zoom2u for both items that I needed sent and picked up. The couriers were always polite, punctual and reliable. I love that I can use the website to track the progress of the courier in case I need to run out of the office for a minute. Updates on the progress along the way was also really helpful. Reasonably priced too!

I use Zoom2U all the time for work. Its an awesome courier service, so easy to use, fair price and quick! I have used this service multiple times and never had a bad experience. Cannot fault them:)

Great service and friendly courier. Tracking system is great and enabled me to go out and meet the courier on arrival. My article is a golf bag I bought on Ebay. It was non-urgent. Anyhow, I booked a courier on a Friday for a Monday morning pick-up. It got picked up at 11: 09 and delivered at 11: 48. Reasonable cost, too.

Outstanding service, highly recommended. I had a super urgent parcel of clothing that was critical for delivery from Canberra to Sydney overnight - and they delivered. Everything was done as promised and my parcel was even delivered 3.5hrs earlier than their ETA so I couldn’t be happier. Trying to find a courier service on a public holiday was stressful and I thought I was doomed, but when I found Zoom2U I was overjoyed and relieved that they could do it. THANK YOU for a stress free and ultra reliable service! I will use you again!)

I was in a panic about getting my passport back in time from Canberra, booked online, was immediately contacted by my courier himself. He had realised (at the same time as me) that the pick up time was incorrect due to time differences. Easily changed the pick up time. Then the embassy eventually realised they had already posted my passport back! I managed to cancel the booking without charge, and the courier contacted me again to ensure the cancellation was correct. Excellent customer service on a very stressful day.

Extremely disappointing. See my email to the company below:

Dear Vincent

Thank you for the follow up email.

Your company is a courier service. I relied on you to get documents to their destination within a certain time frame. This did not happen and worse. A summary of events was:

1. I ordered a courier for documents to be delivered to the city by 5pm yesterday – no follow up or notification from Zoom2u that this would not happen – I followed up with zoom2u, the driver never showed up. After 5pm would have been too late as the business closed.
2. I chatted with a customer service associate and expressed my disappointment that the documents were not picked up, I explained that these were legal documents and the extreme importance of these documents arriving by a certain time (they are legal documents, required for two property settlements occurring today).
3. I was assured that a new courier had been booked, he understood how important it was and would be meeting me my office at 8 am, no problem.
4. I went to work early to my inconvenience and when by 8: 20 am I saw that the courier had scheduled himself to arrive at 9: 45 when the absolute latest the documents could arrive was 10 am and the drive was 25 minutes away I rang the company. The person I spoke to had limited ability to offer any real solution and could not guarantee that a driver would be at my office in a reasonable time frame. I cancelled the booking and drove the documents into the city myself as by this point I had NO CONFIDENCE in your company.

The delivery this morning was your company’s opportunity to retain my business. Had the new driver shown up on time or at the very least not scheduled my job for the very last minute I could have trusted you again as my experience to this point had been good.

Prior to this experience I had been a raving fan of your company – at this point I am the complete opposite. The initial damage and the response to the damage was perhaps the most disappointing experience I have ever experienced as a consumer. I decline your offer of a free delivery, you had your chance this morning. I would not use your service if you paid me.

I have used this company a number of times for our workplace deliveries. The website is very user friendly and its so easy to make a booking. The delivery schedule options with upfront rates is particularly helpful.

What a fantastic experience. I had my parcel picked up and delivered within 20 min. I dont know any other company that could offer such a service.

Fantastic service delivered before the estimated time, tracking is great as you can see in real time where the item is. Driver was friendly efficient and helpful, and the price was very reasonable - would definitely recommend Zoom2u for any courier services you require! Thanks

Service was great first couple of times I used them, now it's pretty bad - drivers taking jobs with times then changing the pick up and delivery time by hours after payment details confirmed! Not good!
