Needed same day collection and delivery from Sydney to Perth, customer service team was extremely helpful and very friendly! Drivers stayed in touch through the whole process of collection and delivery.definitely 10/10 service & very reliable! ️️️

Booked a courier with 2 days notice. They cancelled at the pick up time and an hour before the pick up location closed, giving us no real hope of getting a replacement. Gave no reason but when I called the said they were a van down but couldn’t explain why they couldn’t have told us that in the morning when they found out.
Customer service were friendly enough but no help at all.

I sent two parcels during a two month. I weighed them at home and I put right weigh on declaration.after one month transdirect sent me email that my parcels were overweigh and its not true! They took229dollars from my bank account. They are liars and I never ever going to have any deal with them and will tell all my friends on FB about how bad Transdirect treats their costumers!

(Adelaide based) Gave an incorrect address and saw it was being delivered there. I was quickly and easily able to contact the driver (Joseph) who delivered the parcel straight to my new house. I also spoke with Ellie from the company who provided further advice and reassurance of what to do. Fantastic and efficient service.

I rang to query a delivery I missed. Although I was about 13th in the queue it wasn't TOO long. I have to say the guy I spoke to was SO helpful, friendly and kind on the phone. Sorted my issue promptly and was really lovely to deal with. Well done on great customer service.

So disappointed with the service.
It was normal delivery 9 to 5.

I am still waiting for my delivery. We got a massage with driver location and his schedule which was nice and as usual I was the last one! No problems so far all good.other packages were delivered and it was supposed to here around 2pm just 20 min from my place.when I checked the tracker at 2.30 it was showing10 stops before you! I called them 2 times and was told it is on track and you will get it by 5pm.

I am so annoyed as they even not bothered to check the drive location and gave me right update.

I called at 5 and was told driver will be at my place by 7.30! And their tracker says 8: 49pm.

Bad Bad Bad. I will always avoid buying from anyone who uses this delivery service. Do not know who has written those good reviews but I am still waiting for a parcel local delivery nearly a week that we paid extra for urgent delivery. And calling their office is a waste of time.

Always had good service although it’s been a couple of years … booked same day to be delivered at a later time (up-to 8: 30pm), courier picked up around 1: 40 pm and delivered package 40 mins later despite us confirming with him for later delivery. No signature on drop off and photo at delivery address was taken of the goods in the back of his van! The ‘message driver’ on website dashboard doesn’t work and given this was an expensive and fragile item, have no idea if it was received. Contacted office who said the courier finish es at 5pm hence early drop off - why give 8: 30 pm as an option! They also said would confirm and get back to me … that was four days ago. Very hit and miss!

After a complete cluster with Toll on an important document we needed delivered, Zoom 2U came to the rescue, collecting from Toll's office cos they couldn't arrange a courier - despite being a courier company - and delivering it within an hour. Super nice staff - shout out to Chase who was very lovely to chat to and helped me out - and the amazing driver Edward who got the job done.

Waste of working as driver, these guys always pick only favourites and they won't provide any opportunity to others. Only their favourites will get multiple runs in single day.unprofessional employees and poor driver support.

Shout out to Robbie, for literally taking her time to sort items to picked from our company to delivered to customers home address, up very last minute and keep checking up on me to make sure the driver arrive. What an awesome Customer Service, highly recommended these guys. Thank you

As a person who signed up to drive for this company I have to say it's awful.

App isnt great to use, I wasn't getting any notification bell and no details of any sort on why someone refused your price.

Terrible business plan bidding couriers against each other for the cheapest price.
See how long that lasts, bloody rediculous.

Just put 2 random addresses in your quote thing for a 3kg package 30 x 20 x 20 cm dimensions. Just fell of chair at the quote given both are metro addresses from pakenham Vic to Newcastle nsw. Pass on you guys. Users beware. Auspost quote nearly $660 cheaper hell I could even drive it for less. If someone from the company would like the email copy of the quote showing the address etc leave an email address happy to forwarded it on to you guys. But we will NOT be using you guys for when the postage cost nearly $600 more than what we are sending value wise. Imagine going to a buyer and telling them for their $60 dollar item. Your postage will be $680 dollars. Even to send this package overseas is 600 - 650 cheaper Via every other company

6 times they’ve disconnected my chat, response time from them is like eternity. I’m still waiting for my parcel to be delivered from last week states that it’s on route for delivery. Lies from them all over again. Tom was the person who answered the chat, just apologise from him no solution. This parcel was sent from school to my son. And they can’t even deliver that. What a joke these people are. If you are smart you would run a mile from this company. Better of delivering parcels yourself then asking them. Very very unprofessional, unresponsive

We had a large heavy tool box with tools inside delivered to our son in Perth using Zoom2U. We have never used many courier services before and were quite worried about on whether the toolbox was going to make it and get there safely. We were very impressed with their service the box arrived on time and was able to be tracked by our son. We will not have any hesitation in using their services in the future.

Have sent multiple emails in the last couple weeks enquiring about becoming a driver in Canberra and a few other queries.have not had a single response. Was also looking to become a shareholder when shares go live on the ASX 9th September. Not bothering with this company anymore.will invest my money elsewhere.
