Zoom2U contracts to DHL sometimes. It’s a shame because DHL have flawless deliveries hence the premium price. I choose DHL whenever I can for this reason. DHL then gives the excess parcels to Zoom2U, a sweatshop courier company that are as useless as the ‘G’ in lasagna.
Customer service is unresponsive.
The sooner DHL wakes up and realises that this 2 bit operation of Zoom2U is not working, the better.
Really impressive service - our package was collected within 20 minutes of booking and arrived at its destination early. Price very reasonable, will for sure use them again.
Brilliant…. Much better than many other delivery services. You can track the driver in real time and see how many deliveries are in front of you so you can organise to be home…. Brilliant
Complete failure to deliver! A time critical booking with over 24hrs notice, and the driver went to the delivery address not the collection address which caused significant stress to ourselves and our client well as considerable out of pocket expenses. Would never use again.
Ordered capsules from Nespresso with Zoom2u same day delivery. The driver brought a wrong package for a different address and apparently didn't have mine. My order ended up somewhere else. They delivered a replacement package the day after, apologised and gave me a cake. Not the best experience, but I appreciate that they resolved the problem reasonably quickly and communicated what was happing well.
Managers and Reps pressurising to finish the delivery ASAP, but can they understand the actual situation on roads!?
Blackmailing and threatening drivers to deduct or charge twice the high back on the driver for late delivery’s or miss-information provided.
Even if the customer is fine with later delivery, Zoom2u reps harass drivers.
Even when Zoom2u reps know it’s Customers fault, they hit back on drivers. Blaming drivers for customer and company rep.
Amazing service! Needed something delivered to hotel quarantine ASAP and it got there within 90 minutes of arranging it. Could not recommend more highly.
On the 30th April 2021, I booked in a bike for shipping and paid for additional insurance coverage to the value of $5000.
Upon collection of the bike from the subcontracted company TNT at the Depot, the box that the bike was in was incorrectly handled in front of me and the contents were sub sequentially damaged.
I opened the box, and noticed significant damage to the bike including:
- Damage to the cranks.
- Damage to the frame.
- Damage to the tyres and rims.
- Damage to the seat.
- Damage to the handlebars.
After raising the issue with the carrier TNT, I was told to speak to Freight Match aka Zoom 2 U to start the insurance process.
Freight Match have raised the claim, however have stated that the stance with TNT is that because the bike was used and not new that insurance would be voided in this instance.
At no stage have I communicated that this was a new bike, and I took out the insurance without understanding these requirements.
I have now submitted a report with the ACCC for investigation, and my reviews will remain in place until this is resolved.
I live in Tassie and had to arrange a courier in Melbourne. I didnt know any of the couriers, so took pot luck and selected Zoom2u. Best decision I could have made. They were so helpful throughout the whole process, and continually answered all of my queries. Albert Pineda in their help desk was incredible. He is an asset to your company. I needed my delivery done within a few hours, which they delivered upon. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend Zoom2u. They are fantastic.
Was quick and easy to use. Got my parcel within timeframe needed so met my deadline! Will use again and recommend to anyone that needs to send stuff quickly.

Very reasonable pricing, extremely simple to place an order, highly professional and personal service from the driver, and prompt successful delivery to destination. Absolutely fantastic and will definitely use again.
The driver came on time and was very friendly. When I paid for the service it said that the delivery would arrive before 5pm. I contacted the driver in the late afternoon to ensure that the package would be delivered before 5pm. He reassured me that even if he arrived after 5pm it would be fine, because he was familiar with the building and a security guard would be present to accept the package. The driver ended up attempting to deliver the package after 5pm, however no one would accept the package because the office was officially closed (these were official documents so I assume this is why). The driver then offered to deliver it the next day or return it to me. As the package contained very important documents I asked for it to be returned to me. I contacted the company about this and they offered a 20% refund on the total cost. So in the end it was not delivered, caused by the fault of the driver, and I was charged to have it returned to me. Although the service was friendly, I can't say I am happy with the overall result.
Picked up and dropped off same day, was very quick, Tracking map wouldn't load to see where the driver was but overall happy with service and would use again.
Staff listened, notified how this delivery would occur and when and updated with changes to pick up as place of pick hours did not correspond. The tracking on the parcel from pick up was excellent as we could watch the progress and have an estimate on time of delivery.
LOVE this service! I discovered Zoom2U after I became sick of using bigger companies like UPS and TNT and being consistently let down by their outdated systems and terrible customer service. The team at Zoom2U is always friendly and helpful, their booking system is fantastic and shows live tracking and estimated arrival times, and all payments are easily recorded with the invoices are at your fingertips. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Absolutely love this company! It’s how a courier service should be - has transparent pricing, gives regular updates, and punctual. It’s not a rocket science - glad someone figured this out. The friendly customer service is the icing on the cake. Love it!
I needed a weekend delivery for a business item and booked with these guys based on reviews and website promises. I needed the package picked up from my office on Friday and delivered to the client on Saturday between 11 and 4. The booking agent was lovely and assured me this could be done, giving me an estimated delivery time of 12pm on Saturday. Upon arriving back at the office on Monday I was confused as so why I didn't have an invoice in my email yet. Turns out I didn't have one because it still hadn't been delivered.
I messaged the courier personally asking why it was not delivered over the weekend and received no explanation. The lovely service people i spoke to on the other end (Ella and May) were incredibly helpful and got it delivered ASAP with a discount but it still isn't really enough. They informed me that the driver simply forgot to take my item over the weekend.
I'm sure this was a one off but I'd be wary of booking with these guys if you have a deadline to adhere to.
