Booked 3 hour and then again a same day delivery neither arrived on time. Both deliveries arrived 2 days later and were going to the same suburb

Absolutely horrible service. If you order a product for the same day delivery they will NEVER deliver it to you on that day. I almost got scammed because theyve lied to me about the delivery duration. If you are in a hurry just don't use this service

Booked and PAID for 3 hour delivery - SEVEN HOURS later and they were still "LOOKING for a driver" it hadn't even been collected!

I had to chase it up with their Chat support (not any kind of communication from Zoom2u that there was a delay etc.) and by the time they responded the store had closed so there was no way for them to collect the package even if they had a driver!

So now they will try to "do their best" to have it delivered tomorrow (if I wanted "next day" delivery I would have selected that option and not paid for 3 hour delivery)

I cannot for the life of me understand how a "courier/delivery" company cannot find a driver for OVER SEVEN HOURS to deliver a package? !

If your company is incapable of doing what it advertises, maybe you should either fix your advertising so it isn't false/flat-out LYING, or when you're unable to fulfil your obligations to paying customers you should hire (on your own dime) a third party such as Yello or Uber to pick up your slack.

It is not the customers problem that you're unable to fill your primary function - which is simply delivering things from point A to point B within a certain time frame.

AVOID using Zoom2u if you value your time and money because they sure as h*ll don't.

Urgent courier booked, meant to be at most 2 hour service within CBD, after 3 hours parcel had not been delivered. Driver decided to do another delivery on the way!
Rang to ask for an update and did not take responsibility for it and still charged for the delivery.
No ownership taken, poor communication and poor customer service. Horrible service

After engaging a different courier company (national network) my parcel (B2B) still hadn't been picked up after 2 weeks! Both businesses involved were inconvenienced and dissatisfied by the situation and it made our company look incompetent. With the businesses being involved in Brisbane QLD, whilst I am in Perth WA, I was just as frustrated as my customers were.

I booked same day delivery but after about 3 hrs ZOOM2U rang me and explained that none of the couriers in the network had accepted the job and they would be contacting their network outbound to get the job completed. Tick! At least I was kept in the loop & could decide with their advice how to proceed. We agreed they would try to engage a courier for delivery by lunchtime the next day, which is what happened. Done. Tick!

Far superior service than the previous company I booked. The delivery may have been outside of the original booking parameters but they got it done and communicated with me during the booking. The actual job was excellent. I was provided with a photo of the item at pick-up & drop-off. I was advised who at the pick-up address released the stock and who at the pick-up address accepted the stock. All of this information is available in my ZOOM2U account and I can even rate the driver and favourite the courier for any future jobs.

Highly recommend.

I don't understand what courier company has not a single person with a van or a ute? Sounds like a major flaw for a courier company. What's next you're going start a pizza company with no ovens to cook the pizza's?

Waste of 40 bucks. Stay away

Thanks to a stuff up by Bunnings, my purchase ended up being delivered instead of click-and-collect. The courier rang me when he couldn't get through the gate to my gated community, then patiently waited while I tried different methods to get the gate open. Really appreciate the effort that he went to. Thanks

Zoom2u always goes above and beyond to ensure that our packages are delivered in a timely manner. Ram from Customer Support is excellent, always catering to our requests and time parameters. We have used Zoom2u for two years now and will continue to far into the future!

Poor working environment, increasingly lower pay and expected to drive 2 hours to 8 Bunnings stores without any pay (thats 2 hours of unpaid driving) Spend $400 a fortnight in fuel so in the end you dont profit much at all.

Glad I am out of this unprofessional company, Peter the GM doesn't want eager drivers just snowflakes who accept being spoken down to by clientele and accept underpay.

Used for the first time to send a package very last minute within Sydney. Cannot fault. Customer service was great, my courier was friendly (and was at my door before I could tape up the box). In a market saturated with inferior courier rip offs this is refreshing!

The ladies at their call centre were really helpful, but their drivers, at least in Melbourne, are TERRIBLE. I booked a package 2 days in advance, the driver cancelled on the morning of delivery and I had to call about 3 times to get a replacement driver.who then also cancelled! Back on the phone another couple of times. I even ended up paying more because I was desperate and time was running out and I needed the package moved that day. What was supposed to be around $36 ended up costing over $80. I only needed 1 box picked up. It was a short trip within metro Melbourne, less than 15km. Really stressful and unreliable. Don't risk it if you urgently need something moved. Would be nice if they refunded my extra fees as I shouldn't have had to pay them in the first place. I didn't leave my booking to the last minute, their driver did.

Absolutely shocking. They dumped my incomplete order at my door at the weekend without buzzing me to let me know it was there, instead I got a text. When I went downstairs to the door majority of the order was missing. I rang the driver and he said he forgot it. We made a plan for them to redeliver on the following Wednesday so I stayed home all day waiting, had not heard anything by midday so I rang them to follow up. The first person told me it had again been forgotten but that they would organise it to be delivered and while on hold I got this repeated message that if you needed something delivered today they absolutely could do it, yet they can't even remember to return a phone call and twice forget a delivery. So I called them back again a couple of hours later to follow up.another two phone calls later, they are now saying it is unlikely to be delivered because their drivers are not wearing the correct shoes today. This is so ridiculous. I am missing my packing boxes and now have lost a weeks worth of packing time before I move because of this utterly useless service. Thanks a lot Zoom 2 U for making my house move more stressful, you should rename yourselves "crawl to you, maybe, if we remember".

Brisbane courier, zoom depends on contractors for deliveries, Followed every over company up here & are doing Bunnings & payment to driver is like every one else paying, Low, Ithink we have 4 or more doing this for peanuts, Then they offer runs that looks like splatter gun effect, what ever is at bunnings make one run, come on think about the run, not south then way out west Brisbane then north & then bayside, if you are going to do that pay more, would be smarter to think about the run, Look, make a run that runs in a line, Going bayside, around sth side, around Nth side, west side, Ipswich, $20 for fun out to luckier valley
what a joke, Sit down look where these delveries are going, Use a Brisbane map you Sydney office people. Runs are in line one area not scattered around a city, Sadly rates on offer to contract drivers has gone down, following all the other courier companies paying contractors low rate. Look at Go people rates fantastic, double you, lest km, sur charge cbd, hospitals & shopping centres, Drive Yello same double rate than you & lower kms, Sort yourself out before you lose all Brisbane drivers, you had great rates one time not now, you will be relying on a uber driver not doing anything if you keep this up.

This is a fantastic company, and I only heard about them just now when my package from Bunnings was delivered. They’re fast and efficient and they even deliver on weekends. The person who delivered my package (Doncaster East region) was incredibly polite and even thanked me for using their service, which was extremely refreshing. Other courier services should take note; this is how a delivery company should be.

Good experience, I particularly like the customer service team who are easy to access for updates. The drivers are great and if you need to change addresses they adapt quickly. I had to get a package interstate ASAP and it arrived 3 hours ahead of the quoted time. Syd to Bris took about 38 hours. Pretty good

Absolute legends! We were in a real pickle with my sons passport being in brisbane and us due to fly out of Melbourne 36 hours later - over a weekend too! They kept me in contact they entire transit and constantly followed up. We managed to make the flight with 8 minutes to spare! Thank you Zoom2u!

The marketing for this company emphasises that they deliver things super fast, including delivering on weekends- but this has not been my experience.

I have a tiny parcel to send (Melb>Syd) ASAP (it’s currently Thursday PM). The fastest delivery this company can offer is Monday 8.30pm. I expected a bit better from all their marketing promises. Save yourself the run around and book elsewhere- TNT and DHL can both deliver sooner than this.

Don't believe the 5 star reviews, must be the drivers pumping up the ratings.
They do not provide the service that you pay for and charge a 50% cancellation fee.keep away! Uber would have been cheaper and prompt
