I rented my first apartment from zoom and the experience was really good. Cherry Dawkins is a wonderful person, a thorough professional. All my concerns were addressed by her immediately with prompt follow up after the minor fixes in the apartment. She is always reachable and gives a quick response to any issues. A recent issue at the apartment was fixed within 2 days of me reporting to her. Would definitely prefer zoom as my agent for any future lease.

Giampaolo is a very great agent. He is very co-operative and helping in nature. On our request, he came to show the property twice.
