Spiro the “ Director “ is too arrogant on the phone. I know just about every real estate in Strathfield and Burwood and they know me. I have never treated like I have no money to buy or he is not even interested to sell
The property manager was nice during my tenancy application but became rude when I tried to end my contract due to insect infestation of the house. Called me one day with a rude tone and offered a house disinfestation but I doubt he will. He couldn't even responded to my emails but another manager is trying to respond for him.
I know it's frustrating to lose a tenant but don't bring your frustration up on me! Try sleeping with roaches and you'll understand.

Just terminated my leasing with Zoom, because Giampaolo was very attentive before I signed the contract, but once I moved in, he left me down.
This company does not care about the tenants at all. I am disappointed.
Super happy with the service from the agents at Zoom. Marie and Dianna are one of the best agents I have dealt with in Sydney. Not only they helped a lot during covid, they have always been really prompt with all requests I had.
The business is quite professional and responsive with their service. I was with them for like one and half year and their service was exceptionally good. I was with Nicole and she took good care of us, responded and resolved issues in no time. I wish Nicole and the business success in future ventures.
I am writing this review in response to my recent conversation with one of the sales managers in Zoom. Usually, I have found the zoom team is pretty professional, and people like Mariangel & a few others were great to deal with
There were several instances where there was a delay from the zoom team for months together to repair few leakage issues, but we never bothered to get into any escalation just because of the experience & relationship we had with Marie and another team member @ zoom
However, one of the sales managers who contacted me out of the blue without any prior context lacked professionalism/empathy. It shows it takes one unprofessional rep to ruin the entire experience.
Special thanks for the Nicole's work attitude. She is an energetic person and is passionate about her job. I can see her genuineness when I did property inspection with her. I quickly decided to rent the property as I felt she is a reliable agent. I believe her career will reach a new peak in the future because of her professionalism.
The staff are very friendly and helpful in finding what you are looking for in regards to renting. I am very grateful for the assistance I have received from Zoom real estate agent.

My family and i have been with Zoom for years. I met Spiro first and have found him very trustworthy and he is always there to help out. Cherry is our property manager. She is very good agent always there to help. I have come to trust her and she has always helped me many a times, more then i expected and hoped for.
I also met Dianna and Nicole. Both are congruent and energetic agents. Thanks Zoom.
The worst experience as a tenant with a real estate agency.
On the overall, they were rude, disrespectful, worst customer service, unprofessional, unorganised, and not punctual. Details as follows:
1- The online payment system they use (Rental Rewards) charges money on every single transaction, while delaying payments often more than 5 days.
Even thought I always paid at least 3 days in advance, whenever their system delays the clearance, they send extremely rude emails and even over the phone they are rude and disrespectful. They even once threatened my credit record for 1 day delay, which is actually cause by their own third party system. On the other hand, they delayed the bond refund for 3 whole months without 1 single apology.
2- An absolute mess with bills.
My contract was that electricity is on me and gas and internet included in a lodge house, while no mention of water bills. For 2.5 years they never mentioned anything about water bills, then lots of charges appeared at the time I was leaving, which they eventually waived after a stressful time. Absolutely unprofessional.
3- Even though they couldn't find anything to complain about in the exit inspection, they tried in every way to charge me more money through bills, either water bills that were never mentioned for 2.5 years, or intentionally not applying a discount on electricity bills as per contract, until chased hard for things to be set straight.
As if the motto is: "try to take as much money as possible from the customer before they go".
4- The bond has been delayed for 3 whole months.
First reason is that the accountant is on leave for 3-4 weeks and no one to cover, how unprofessional! Then the mess of the bills, which they were totally wrong about. Then just being reluctant to do their job promptly until it was paid after 3 months of stressful dealings and rudeness over the phone. After all this, they never even once apologised for the delay or any of the mess.
