We switched agencies and are now renting through Zoom RE, Cherry Dawkins was so helpful during our transition period, she answered all our questions and dealt with our concerns in a very efficient and polite way. Much better experience than our previous agency.

Our property manager Dianna Huynh is exceptional at what she does, understanding the value of good tenants and always quick to respond to any requests we may have. She is a great communicator and was able to provide a cost effective solution for a broken fence and negotiate with a neighbour to contribute financially. In the end we were all very happy. Owners please do not waste your time, money and peace by letting Zoom manage your property. They are the worst we ever experienced. The list is endless from leaving our new property in the worst shape to the poor customer service to trying to pocket money for any repairs to error in finance calculations to not sending any reports even after multiple chase ups etc etc. Do not recommend!
