This is the first time, as tenant, I’m renting with Zoom Real Estate and to date, very impressed with their customer service, and looking forward to working with them as a tenant and my future acquisitions and engaging them as the property manager.

Attention: Beware of Angus Chan and Agency!

My experience with Angus Chan and the agency was deeply disappointing and frustrating. From the start, I encountered dishonesty, misleading information, and manipulative practices. Despite receiving an acceptance email with a contract, the deal was far from finalised.

After signing the contract and making the required deposit, Angus Chan suddenly went silent, ignoring my calls while showing the property to others. It was only when I next saw him that he was very pleased with himself to tell me that he has a higher offer and when I asked him why he sent the acceptance email he just said you should have read the fine print where it says the "contract needs to be SIGNED BY BOTH parties for everything to be finalised! " and not to worry because we will send back your deposit! This all took place in as little as Three hours.

When I reached out to management, Caroline at Zoom Burwood, I was met with indifference as she attempted to sell me another property in the same building instead of addressing my concerns.

This agency's focus on profits over ethical conduct and client satisfaction is deeply troubling. Spare yourself the stress and disappointment I endured—take your business elsewhere, as there are countless agencies with higher standards and a genuine commitment to their clients' best interests.

BEWARE tenants! - not worth dealing with this agency. They seem to favour doing business with slumlords [who write them 5 star reviews- with help of chat gpt by the look of their reviews]. Every agent is rude to renters, obviously with permission of the manager; dodgy as anything around money- tried to charge 4 weeks upfront instead of legally required 2 [in addition to bond]. They backed down when I questioned this. Moving out inspection was hell, as I feared- but they ended up backing down when I was rude back and pointed out how disgusting the condition was when we moved in.etc etc.don't rent with them!

Really friendly staff. Especially Giampaolo.
I'm in a bind a bad spot in life and trying to move forward in life and I have had bad times. I am so grateful for Zoom reality. Even though it's a share accommodation deal. But that's all I need to pick myself up for now.

Giampaolo and the entire team at Zoom real estate have been so helpful in our time if moving i would suggest anyone needed a new property manager to contact them so you too can feel the difference

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Giampaolo, he was professional, efficient and was so keen to please us and accommodate for all of our needs and wants in regards to a rental property.
Such a pleasing experience, and it has certainly set them apart from alot of other agencies we have dealt with in the past who have lacked that personal touch and care towards our custom.

As a tenant, I had a really good experiences being a tenant with zoom real estate, they had provided very professional services, and my building manager was always engaged with solving my problems during the time, nice services!

Dianna is very good and wonderful person to deal with a property. Speaking from a tenants perspective she always deal with issues promptly, she is always professional and fair and operate with a level of integrity and caring that is rare.

Zoom real estate is best to rent a property and property manager Diana is awesome.

They should be your absolute last resort. Not worth the hassle.
Force you to pay rent using a third-party who charge you fees to pay rent and want the funds 5 days before the due date labelling it "processing timeframes"
BPAY transfers costs $2 each time.
Even have a direct debit setup fee.

Demanding, uncoperative selling agents who not value feedback.

About 2-3 years ago Dianna Huynh took over as our property manager. Since then, she has always been available to help us
with any issues or problems. Dianna understands what a property owner faces and has helped us in meeting these financial challenges head-on. She is also very resourceful and creative, getting our property leased without spending money on advertising and saving us at least $500. But most importantly she has found very good quality tenants for us.

Dianna is HONEST, HELPFUL, RELIABLE and a person with INTEGRITY! She is definitely an ASSET to Zoom Real Estate.

Zoom Real Estate have been an amazing asset to our property. Giampaolo Iarossi in particular has worked hard to rent out our property- within four weeks he had four rooms rented out. He was dedicated and always available whenever we needed any updates. I could not recommend Zoom Real Estate more!

Zoom real estate uses 'quality' to describe, judge and define clients. Peter was very unprofessional and discriminatory as an assistant property manager, replying to emails to clients saying, 'look at quality more than quantity'. It's a horrible rental experience with Zoom real estate.

Peter was very helpful. So as Nicole. They helped me move in within 3 days into a very nice property. It was my first time with Zoom and it has been positive!

Dianna has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Leasing process was made easy as Dianna has taken care of every step since the hard time during covid lockdown. Her sound knowledge of market and positive attitude with regular updates from tenants and market trends always make me feel confident with the ongoing management of leased property.
