Yoga Sadhana - School of Classical Hatha Yoga reviews
79 I have learnt Agnramardhana, Eye Yoga, Yogasanas.
The training and support is extraordinary, i would love to go there again and recommend others as well.
The most important thing I like to share is that if you go earlier than 15 minutes they still accomodiate you and allow you to come inside the room.
Their pronunciation, the examples they quote and their response to our queries are really commendable.
I am very much satisfied and happy for getting an opportunity to attend these class.
I have recently completed the 21 day Hatha Bliss program and its truly transformational experience. Teachers are highly committed and guide you through the journey of your inner well being. For those who think Yoga as exercise.with this classical teaching method.you gain benefit of not only physical fitness but also high of spiritual state and mental fitness. I strongly recommend this 21 day course which can transform your routine but also this centre specifically because its designed to cover smaller audiences that can special attention to every individuals.
I attended yogasanas and after a couple of months of practice I can really feel the impact of this yoga, its very different although it takes 2 hrs to do this yoga but sadhguru's hatha yoga is really powerful if it is done properly even if I do 2 postures you could feel the difference like my anxiety becomes less, I sleep less and stuff
I recently completed the Beginner Course. Abishek, Agnes & Ramy were excellent instructors, the premises are incredibly calming and the course was a wonderful introduction to Yoga. I highly recommend Yoga Sadhana to people at all levels.
The session was superb. The instructors are very good and helpful, the atmosphere is perfect for yoga practice and they put good Attention if we make mistakes.
I recently attended 21 day Hatha Bliss program which is awesome.
I have always wanted to try yoga but I was confused about the different options out there, Finally I found this and i feel this is best fit for everyone as you got an opportunity to learn and experience all the Isha Hatha Yoga practices. The program designed and implemented exceptionally well with motivations videos from Sadhguru. I’m really impressed with the teachers as they follow classical yoga philosophy.
A great yoga studio with ever more exceptional teachers. I recommend to anyone who would like to experience real yoga and want change your perception of your life and experience real well-being. All the very best for your yoga journey!
I did my Jala Neti and Bhastrika from Yoga Sadhana studio. Firstly, I would like to thank Sadhguru for designing just a 10 minute process with so much of elaboration.
Secodly, thanks to Abshishek Anna for conducting this session with so much of dedication and sincerity.
Lastly, Yoga Sadhana studio is just not another yoga place, there is a whole different energy present in the studio. I was in tears after the session was completed. That is the charm of this place.
Yoga Sadhana has been a wonderful return to yoga for me after more than a year of not practising. Searching for a school that teaches in an authentic but non-threatening way, I'm delighted to have found this gem in the Parramatta CBD. The teachers are warm, friendly, and supportive while teaching specific practices that stretch back thousands of years. I've since started practising surya kriya on a daily basis and have noticed a huge difference to my mindfulness. Highly recommended!
I have learnt nearly all my Hata Yoga from Abhishek and the Yoga Sadhana team and have known Abhishek and the team since Yoga Sadhana was established. The latest practice I learnt is Angamardana. The reason I went for this is to improve my body flexibility, to be able to sit in yogic postures for long durations and create a stable physical and energy system such that my body does not come in the way with whatever I decide to do. It has been 3 days since the practices and I see immediate changes in flexibility. I am also able to sit in Ardha siddhasana more comfortably and I can clearly see that if I continue these practices, it will bring the physical benefits I am seeking. Regarding the Angamardana practice that I recently learnt, it was delivered with complete commitment and the teachers were very supportive of the participants, given it was an intense program and many of us were not used to stretching and pushing ourselves before. They were patient with all of our questions and helped us feel comfortable with the postures before slowly but surely intensifying it. I am glad to learnt this and would definitely recommend this to anyone who wishes to learn it.
I attended the Yogasana weekend workshops and found these to be very thorough and methodical workshops that focus on teaching the Yoga techniques correctly and is not rushed or crowded. Workshops cater to a small group, hence you get the focus and attention needed. Highly recommend Isha Yoga and Yoga Sadhana school to anyone looking to learn Yoga or Meditation.
I had been looking for a classical yoga place and I tried couple in the city as l live in the city. I did not like those as the spirituality element was missing. I did Yogasanas workshop at Yoga Sadhana. The atmosphere, instructor, small group setting, starting on time and every other element were so perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I told my colleagues that probably the best thing I have done for myself in 10 yrs. I am going to try couple other workshops.
My dad and I did the beginners course a short while ago. For two people with vastly different flexibility states and general endurance it was both comfortable and challenging. The structure and pacing of the program is perfect and the practices are explained thoroughly through a combination of visual and auditory learning. A unique and special experience for the both of us!
Attending the 21 day Hatha Bliss program at Yoga Sadhana was a life changing experience. It helped me become a better individual, and improved my physical and mental wellbeing. The program was structured very well with the instructors Abhishek, Connie and Pragrithi paid attention to even minor details. At the end of it, I wished the program never ended.
Wonderful space and ambience - I feel energised by being in its presence. Teachers are friendly and always more than happy to answer your questions. The classes are conducted with such grace and care, such as that an hour seems to pass in a minute.
I would recommend this to all who wish to explore the body and the beyond, and to those who don't wish to explore anything
Really appreciate the efforts taken by Abhishek and team. Completed Angarmadana with my wife. Teacher is so nice and the whole process went so smooth. Already been to few practise sessions and it really helps. Good Luck to Abhishek and his team.
I recently did the beginners course and Surya Kriya workshop shortly after that.
The instructors (Abhishek Guru and Mike) were fantastic. Their attention to detail, clarity of instruction and stillness is inspirational.
I feel privileged to be a student at this school and I am recommending it to all my friends.
Abhishek's strong points are clarity of instructions and precision in corrections. I have rarely had a yoga teacher pay so much attention to my postures. He is also very kind in his feedback. I really enjoy his classes (have taken Angamardana and Surya Kriya so far and intend to take more).
I flew over from Adelaide to Sydney to do the Yogasanas workshop. It was definitely worth the trip. The workshop was very holistic and Abhishek's instructions were very clear and precise. He teaches in a way that the body remembers the sequence. This was unlike any other yoga class or workshop I have been to before. I only wish the studio was close to me - I would go there for practice everyday.
The 21 day Hata Bliss program was super intense, but well worth it. It really challenged us to refuse to give in to our mind's and body's compulsiveness.
