This place is a hidden gem! The service was friendly and attentive and the food was full of flavour yet still well balanced. For a group of 4 we ordered the edamame, fried tofu, squid, prawns, lamb ribs and chicken katsu, accompanied by the pickled cabbage, broccolini and rice. They were out of steamed bao which were meant to accompany the prawns and so they substituted it with a greater serving of prawns which was very generous. All the dishes were delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to order any of them again when I go back, which will hopefully be soon.

Delicious food! Every time I've been here the food has been too notch. Smoked meats are definitely something you should order, though admittedly everything I have ordered from the menu has been great.

Pleasure to be around again and get back to this great restaurant. Market fish was great, texture was ideal and very well steamed to its accurate serving level. With the side dish it was sufficient amount for decent dinner. Will definitely come back again!

Best meal I have had in a long time. The pork ribs were just amazing, as was the Katsu chicken. Even the sides were amazing. The brussel sprouts were delicious (who would have guessed?) and the olive rice I could have as a meal on its own. Dessert was just as spectacular. Everyone went home satisfied and determined to go back again.

Service was ridiculously amazing, food was very unique and tasty. Lamb was abit fatty and the short rib was abit tough but the flavours and service was enough for me to leave very happy. =]

Still far and away the best restaurant in the area. Really tasty food and the menu changes frequently. Generally excellent service, the owners are friendly and very accommodating, but your mileage might vary with some of the wait staff. But the food is so good anything else feels like nit picking.

Terry Durack gave this place 14.5 stars back in the day. Major compliment as it was just opened and that’s the highest rating you can get short of one hat. So after months of wanting to try it, we finally found an excuse to go.
Amazing food. Really friendly waiter. Homely atmosphere. And a free entree of deliciously crispy fish skin that tastes like pork crackling. What more could you ask for?

Great modern fusion place combining a lot of different Asian flavours. I was told the rice was a must try and it did not disappoint. The staff were knowledgeable and informed us straight away that the soft shell crab was not available and it was replaced by the prawns - which was still delicious! The smoky charcoal meats was definitely the highlight. The mandarin dessert was my favourite out of my two choices as it had an awesome balance of textures, freshness and flavour.

Amazing food is all I can say. The menu and the flavours are all very unique, probably some of the best Asian fusion food I've ever had. Price is on the higher end, but you definitely get what you pay for. Very hidden and tucked away, I highly recommend you give it a try!
