V8 Car Wash & Cafe

Payed 95 dollars for a wash, internal clean, vacuum and armarol. The car comes out with stains all over the dash and nothing vacuumed under the floor mats. When I asked the people working on the cars nearby they all just starred at me blinking. I then approached the manager who seemed responsible for the employees and he ignored me hoping I’d just get in the car and drive away.

When I didn’t leave he yelled at one of the employees with a vacuum to come back, the employee refused and the argued for a few minutes before he came back and ran the vacuum over the car again basically doing nothing. I then pointed to the areas he hadn’t touched and Lifted the floor mats and showed him all the dirt, dust and crumbs they hadn’t cleaned. The employee ignored me and started telling his manager he wasn’t going to do it. Rather than address the issue with the employee the manager decided it was easier to just ignore me as I’d already payed and there was nothing else I could do.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favour, go to any of the other places on parramatta road or nearby.

Paying top dollar for below standard cleaning, they even cleaned it a second time and still not much better. Cashier/receptionist couldn't be bothered to stop talking on her phone to serve me and gave me someone elses car keys. Would not recomend to anyone.

My 14 year old car came up looking new after a wash, polish & wax. V8 car wash was affordable, quick & easy. They even gave me a free coffee in their air conditioning lounge area while I waited. I would recommend this as a weekly treat for you & your car. 5 stars from me.

DO not even think about car wash here!

Polite staff but clean ing job could have been better. Had residue on glass edges and had to point out obvious marks that were missed.

Paid $95 and it was not worth the money.
They get top $ to to normal cleaning.
They Put excessive paraffin on you car interior with out cleaning.

These guys genuinely seem to care for the cars, they don't just throw mats and stuff around and appear to be careful with your pride and joy

Overall Unhappy with the end result, a bit better attention to detail would have been nice such as cup holder and sides where we normally have dust.

30min wating + 30min cleaing = $129 (in n out clean = leather clean
I would not recommend this place.

But Free coffee was good. So i put 1 more star.

I really used to love this place but it became way to expensive, $45 for basic inside and out for a small sedan wagon.
They still do a good job though.

Overall not happy with the end result, a bit better attention to detail would have been nice.
For the time that i waited and the price I would not recommend this place.

Never had an issue here for the past three exterior and interior cleans. Friendly and prompt service and car looks great upon pick up which says a lot considering we have two kids including a toddler.
