Its not v8 its v-1 slow, do not go if its busy because they don’t know how to work in busy time. Bring a power bank, thanks me later

Terrible service
She told me Your seat needs cleaning by shampoo, but on their receipt was steam only, however This how I found my seat after it dried …. Became worse than before

The lady was nice at first but her attitude changed when I paid.

There is a big board on entry stating all the types of washes you can select from and I simply asked for the $55 deluxe wash. But she said to pay 65$ as my car is a station Wagon.

I left the car arrived back after 55 minutes the car was not washed upon asking the receptionist told me in a rude way that she can't refund me as I paid via card and the car is already inside the wash area. I was like Ok I will wait 20 minutes more, went to the sitting area and realize that my car was not even washed yet. I waited 1 hour more and then asked the lady again, what is going on and on which she said in a really rude way to take it or leave it. I was just speechless and surprised that how come she is running a business with that rude and ugly attitude. Looked back my car was washed and I asked them to give me a refund and I will leave on which she was handing me 25$ and I was like I am not taking that and washed my car full because you are charging me 40$ just for the wash on outside and no car waxing and even the tires were not brushed.

The other thing was that the receptionist said I can't be refunded but the rude lady running the show was ready to give me25$ refund. (I still can't understand this)

After 2 hours and 45 minutes my car was washed and by the time I was leaving the Carwash mate was giving me the nice smelling cards which they hang in the cars and I said to him no thank you don't wanna be rude but I don't need this - The lady shouted from the back saying that let him leave.

Waited over 2 hours when told it would take 1 hour. They didn’t touch the interiors and only completed half the exterior. Owner was very rude, didn’t apologise and did not offer to complete the job at a later date. Charged me $85 and I won’t be going back.

The lady that attended to me when I first drove in, was the rudest person I have ever come across. There is a big board on entry stating all the types of washes you can select from and I simply asked for the $55 deluxe wash. She replies with a 40 second delay and claims "they don't do that one anymore". When I questioned why? She ignored me. I asked again and she said "because we just dont". I then asked "since when and why is it still on your board? " she then said with a huge amount of attitude "we are waiting for the board guy to change it" and throws in an eye roll at the end of her sentence.
I dont understand why a company would not cover a section of the board if they no longer offer that service and why people like this lady bother working in jobs where they have to show people their horrific and disgusting face and attitude!
I do not recommend this place at all! My sister had a horrible experience there also where the same lady told her we have to charge you more (and jumped up 2 washes) because her car was- I quote "disgusting"! If you have half a brain and are running any sort of a business you will know NOT to say that to a customer.

So Poor services.
I asked and I paid over $100 so my car to be clean they didn't wipe the seat the car was still wet from inside so Unprofessional the back wasn't been Vaccumed at All Also poor customer service Never again

I wish there 0 Star rate.blond old dumb boss came out and looked at my car and said it is going to be $60 for clean In&Out because it is dirty. I lost my words……

It is long story, i Will make it Short for busy modern sydney people. IT WAS SHXX. DON’T GO.wait for 2and half hours and said Sorry for delay that was it. Not given that coffee (included on option) you said lol

I used to come and get my car washed here with nice price, 10 months ago i visit here, this lady (manager or owner or owner’ wife whatever) try to charge me more than usual, and i asked for $3x. She changed her invoice with very unhappy face. It was 10 months ago and i try to forget about it and visit there again. She greeting with over priced invoice again and i did not complain then story start, Guess how long i wait there, total of 2and half hours and i finally get my car washed. It was Tuesday morning around 09: 30am, i gave my key away and went shopping centre, cam back after 1hour and NOT DONE. I had a appointment and she ask me to take my car and come back and will do on priority. Came back and gave her car. She said 30mim. Went to Costco and came back after 30min. Not FUCXING Done! Still on a back of the queue (it was not busy at all!) i asked her and she went to the guy and explained her language, wait for another 45 min and i got my car back. Thank you for reading and i will leave this with your wise choice.

Don’t go there!

My car is a small suv but I paid $110 for a detailed clean up, which is double amount compared to dulux wash. I strongly requested to wash my car properly but when I saw the results, it was very very disappointed. And the owner was so rude!

First of all, I got there 4.30pm and they told me strongly to come back by 5.30pm so they can close their shop by 6pm.

I got back there on time as I needed to pick up my kid by 6pm. However when I went on time, my car wasn’t even ready to get cleaned!

As they were in rush, they did a very brief clean which is not worthy of $110. It was not even worth of delux wash. The sand and dust wasnt cleaned properly, and they were acting like it cannot be removed, but it was easily removed when I wiped them.

Second of all, I was 20 minutes late for my childs pick up which we need to pay the penalty to daycare.

Lastly, When I explained this to the owner, the lady told me exactly “Hey man, if you don’t like it, don’t come back again”. What a beautiful customer service! I never had this experience before and I will never come back here again!

They are supposed to clean my car, but made more dirty than ever. This business should not exist at all.

They ground the top of my car. They must knew it when it was happening but I didn't notice it. They GROUND my car. It looks like a reflection of the light but it is a demage of the car.

Not professional. Not even on time. Very rude attitude. Paid high $ for doing nothing. Anyone planning to go there don't go, you can do better cleaning at home. Never going back again.

If it was possible to give less than a star then would have done it. My partner went there being super excited about car cleaning. Paid hefty bucks and came home with dirty car. Waste of time and money. Complained about rude customers. Whats the point of going to these places if its worst than how we clean.

On what planet do you charge $95 for a basic clean of a tiny hatchback with no additional services? The lady who runs is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never ever waste a cent there again and suggest you don’t either!
