V8 Car Wash & Cafe

I went to here to do a full details wash for my first car. My car became like a new car. I am very satisfied with their professional service.
I ll definitely be back to wash my car again.

I don’t recommend this car wash.

It had Horrible customer service. The main woman can be very unfriendly and sharp. I’m new to the area and went there for the first time on a Saturday. I had a few initial questions however the woman was very impatient and unclear. Told me it would take 1hr -1.5hrs. It took closer to 2.5hrs. I ended up paying more than I had planned as the “extras” were unclear.

The actual cleaning was average. I had to tell the guys to go back touch up a few exterior dirty spots at the end.

The convenance next to shops is NOT worth it. However, if you are willing to pay whatever, wait hours and be treated poorly… go for it

Have been a loyal customer of this place for a few years now but not anymore. I asked the female attendant a question politely regarding pricing on the board as I was charged $30 for a wash for a sedan only. The lady took it as if it was an insult, and got quite rude and started insisting I take my money back. The car was washed well by the workers however the female attendant needs to update her customer service skills.

Wonderful people today was my first time to wash car one thing I know my old car is new today really good job

I think the manager doesn’t know the meaning of “customer service”, she is rude and not a good service for what it cost.

They did not clean my car properly, they didn't vacuum between the front seats there was still piles of hair and dirt, and they didn't clean inside front and rear windscreens

If you have a spare 3 hrs to spare waiting for your car to be cleaned.sure. Horrible experience and expensive to say the least. Never coming back.

Very very unkind and not professional. Especially she, I guess owner, is so rude. I ask her how much it is she said $50 but she charged $55. Swindler. Dont go.

Worst car wash ever, if I could give it 0 stars i would. Only want your money but lack in service. Asked for my usual deluxe wash, lady charged me an extra $10 for no reason. I brought this up with her and she did not apologise or explain the mistake (not that I think it was a mistake more like a sly rip off) but instead changes the price back to normal with a side of attitude. After that interaction I felt like my car took much longer than usual to clean. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

If I could do minus stars I would as on star is too much. The car service took 2+ hours (after telling me it would take an hour). "Finished" job was rubbish, loads of polish still on the car, in the end I had to buff my own car when I got home.

Windows were still filthy. Paid for the top service and got a TBH was the worst wash and polish I have ever had. WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

My fault for not having read these reviews prior to going here. The most abysmal service you will ever encounter.

Staff have absolutely zero experience with cars in any shape or form, the female manager is clearly a dictator, screaming and berating her staff constantly to the point it’s obvious why there’s no care in the way cars are washed.

A simple ‘Express’ outside only wash took in excess of 2.5hrs…something definitely needs to be rectified of this place is going to last. I have had better quality washes by driving through the 7/11 auto washes…no exaggeration.

But hey, if you feel like you want a corner spot on Parramatta Rd where you can watch trucks drive past.definitely worth the money.

I spent 155 dollars for car wash and plus car seat steam cleaning, the lady owner was very rude, the car not cleaned properly at all, do not recommend this car wash, just waste money and time.

Totally rip off, she charge me $70 deluxe wash when the board mark $55 for a 4WD and I have to waited 2 hours. Never again going back there.

They get very busy come early morning

Dropped off my car for a simple wash and wax and they have obviously stratched my car and tried to cover it up with touch up paint. When confronted about it over the phone they simply denied it. Absolutely terrible business DO NOT COME HERE

I have always been using their service from when they opened. This time with all the rain and mud in my car, it needed a good wash. They charged me $200 for car wash and after the cleaning the car my battery went flat and I had to get help to get my car going and ended up changing the battery next day. (Had my car serviced not long ago and had a good battery).
A very expensive car wash cost me around $600 at the end the car wasn’t even clean enough.
I will never go back after all these years I have been. Absolutely disgusted with their service.

Indiscriminate charges
Not at all in line with their fee description.
Don't come here, they just want to rip you off.

Went there for full detailing. Lady quoted for $500. When pay by credit card she asked for GST on top of $500 or pay CASH $500.
She said any price over $100 must pay GST.
What a nonsense!
Ended up paying CASH otherwise will be there forever arguing. NEVER go there!

Very expensive and unclear service fees. They didn't vacuum my car before steam cleaning the seats and floor for which I paid over 200$.
Just rent a pressurized steam cleaner from Bunnings and do it yourself. Cost you 35$ and an hour of time.
