V8 Car Wash & Cafe

This is second time they broke my property inside my car they think it's not they fault Not they responsibility!

Over a hour to wash my car wouldn't mind if they were busy or if they didn't have the workers but at least 4 to 5 guys working & didn't clean it very well still dirty cost me 55 dollars to have unfinished car wash & a scratch on back bumper

I have used their outside cleaning service several times previously but I wasn't satisfied with their service because they always missed spots, but I went continuously anyway because it did the job of quick cleaning.

However today I paid for a $48 in and out cleaning service, it took 3 people to finish in 20 mins. There were no other customers. However the car was still unclean. Dust left in areas, edges were still unclean and untouched. Lacking in much detail. The car was still wet and they didn't dry clean properly. Today's service was by far the worst I've had. I won't be going back again. Prefer to do it myself.

Very rude woman who takes money. I don't expect overly friendly manner but at least, she shouldn't be rude to customers. I did $38 one for my car but still not cleaned enough and the job done in 10-15 min with rush. Never gonna come back.

Management have changed for the worse. Upon inspecting my car i was told that my car is dirty (why else would i bring it there), then was charged $49 for a delux wash for a sedan instead of the listed $38. Their reason was the price is "from". I was told that if I'm not happy i can take my business elsewhere. I gave the woman there $50 and she slammed the change on the counter.
THEY HAVE MORE 1 STAR RATING THAN 5 STARS. No other business i know rate this poorly.
I wont be back and suggest customer should leave if they ask for more than the advertised price whether its "from" or not

Nice and good car cleaning service but some times takes more time when it's totally busy. But at the same time they just clean car and give it nice touch. In one world they are just superb cleaner.

INCREDIBLY RUDE - the owner moved my bf's car with the boot opened ignoring his request to wait for a sec as he was taking out the stuff from the boot. Eventhough there was no customer or car waiting behinde.

I wouldn't recommend this car wash they aren't washing cars goods for what they charge you and making you wait for 2 hours.

Really good service. Car came out looking great and was done very quickly. Even got a free coffee while I waited. Shame I couldn't give them 10 stars. I'll definitely go back

What an amazing job these guys have done first time here and definitely will be back again, had my ute sitting under a tree for 4 years never thought it would be cleaned properly but these guys out did themselves. The ute looks brand new, and extremely reasonable on price. Great job and really good service. Will definitely be back.

Best car wash with friendly service including goodcoffee, good prices for wash and wax.

Real good. Much better than the star car wash in the centre next door. The staff and managers are perfectly polite and friendly.

Very disapointing job. Not good clean. I pay for clean and come back and still dirty. I talk to manageer and she argue with me saying its clean.

Sign outside said special $49 wash with free coffee. Went in and paid $55 for my compact 4WD and I had coins that fell between the seat and the centre console which they stole. And they didn't clean under my mats on the floor of the car. It's not about the coins or the free coffee but it's the principality and reliability that their staff should know better than to steal from customers. I know I'll never go there again that's for sure.

They are always in rush they used to be good.
They are washing every car as ordinary car.
Basically they leave most of interior clean.
I will recommend not to go

YOUVE LEFT MY CAR INSIDE YOUR PREMISES CLOSED AND I HAVE NO VEHICLE TO DRIVE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NO COURTESY NOTHING.

This was my second time taking my car and both times the staff have been great. My car looks and smells brand new, and they were super quick (maybe because I was there very early). They did a great job. I’ll be going back! Thanks guys!

My car left the establishment with dirt still underneath the Matt's and streaks all over the roof and bonet, staff are extremely rude and turn a blind eye when approached, the manager is completely useless when confronted with a problem, avoid this place like the plague

The car wash is somehow more filthy than the inside of a coal mine.

All the car wash staff seem to be hydrophobic and the owner makes weird noises watching his staff work, occasionally winking at low flying birds.

The car came out looking like it had just come out of a septic tank.how can a car possibly be cleaner going in to the car wash than coming out of it?

. But in all seriousness the car wash is overpriced and the quality of the finished job is completely unacceptable.
