Two Men and a Truck

Eduardo and Tacio helped with our move last Friday and they were amazing! They're very easy, outgoing and helpful! Will definitely get them for my next move.

I’ve used movers 6 times in the last five years. Wish I had always used these guys. Eduardo and Junior were careful, courteous and professional. I delayed them a few hours due to a mistake. No complaints just did what they could to help out. 6 stars really!

This is an absolute spam! It was just a short move down the road from Zetland to Waterloo, sharing the same postcode (2017), and the distance less than 800 meters. It cost us nearly $600 and 4 hours!

I feel it's my duty to warn anyone considering using this removal company. Please don't hesitate to contact me for a detailed heads-up. And, by the way, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, don't attempt to reply to my review with the formulaic response of 'we're so sorry to hear that. ' to justify this mishap and make excuses – YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID.

I can hardly believe it took them a full 4 hours to move two people's belongings just down the road. They consistently made excuses regarding the number of items they had to move. At one point, they even threatened us, saying that if we don’t help them moving, they wouldn't finish the job on time, and we'd be charged extra for overtime.

During the move, the TWO MEN moved at a the slowest speed possible. They handled each small, not-so-heavy item one by one – seriously? It seemed like a tactic to extend the time and charge us for overtime.

My partner and I ended up helping them moving for the service we had paid for – which is ridiculous. After all the unnecessary drama they created, they suddenly declared their time was up and had to move on to the next suburb for their next client. To our disbelief, they left all our belongings in the car park. We were left to complete the job by ourselves. Unbelievable! At the end, our umbrella and a Versace belt were missing too!

Great service all round. From the booking to the move, I can't fault it. Friendly, quick & careful movers. I would recommend to others and will use for our next move in a year.

Two Men and a Truck provided us expectional removalist and storage services. Nothing is too difficult, extremely flexible,
responsive, and accommondating in getting things done. In particular Kystal (our contact and manager there at Two men and a truck), has jumped through hoops to provide us with the solution. Thanks again guys!

Joao and Oswaldo were excellent, the whole move went smoothly, a credit to the company. While I hope a won't have to move for a long time, I would definitely use these guys again.

What a fantastic experience with TMAAT! Firstly starting with Krystal who quoted our move. Krystal was AMAZING from our 1st phone call. She outlined everything clearly and was upfront about all costings and was so helpful in answering all my annoying questions. Do not use! I have moved heaps and never experienced Removalist’s like this, they were ridiculously expensive which I thought meant they would be delivering a quality service. They grossly under quoted the time the move would take, they refused to carry heavy furniture, the truck was small and they wanted to do a second trip which we would of happily paid for but the 3 men moved at a snails pace. They made our move a misery and I very strongly encourage others not to use them, you would be making a very expensive mistake

I call 2 men and truck to help move 2 king size bed bases to a 2’nd floor bedroom. They booking was for same day - which was great because it was almost Christmas and I didn’t have much time

Caio Pereira, Gabriel and Lucas arrived on time, they worked carefully and quickly. They got the job done within the hour saving me from additional charges

I have used 2 men and a truck several times now - I am very happy with their service and will use them again

The two delivery lads were fast and friendly. Mary in the office was very helpful. A great overall experience.

A nice big truck. Luis and Nick were strong, efficient and very kind. They did an excellent job and kept checking in with me as they went. They were not hassled by anything. I recommend these guys.

Hermano, Bahu and Junior - along with the rest of the team - were unfailingly polite, careful, motivated and efficient. Although we were only moving a few suburbs across the North Shore they were a thoroughly professional group who turned up when they said they would, finished only when the job was done, and generally made us feel that our possessions were in very good hands. A call out too to Sean who handled our booking - and therefore a strongly recommended removalist company all round:)
