Team Titan, since we last dealt with one another you've made positive changes within the business, had my 30k service and recall done on a PXII ranger, car was given back to me on time and also very clean. Hire car wasn't a problem with a weeks notice.

Took my ranger in to fix a fault it had since day one after the second time titans had it for nearly two weeks picked it up got it home they had forgotten to put the top engine cover back on so back again car was great for two days then problem back again took it back again after its 15000 thousand km service got home and the log book not filled out so guess what back again tomorrow my god titan get it right

We had our Ford Ranger serviced and they found a battery fault and were excellent with there advice and service and fixed the problem.

I wanted a 2016 g6e falcon and the head of sales in used cars was a useless twit with a stitched on smile. A 100% genuine car salesman.

Got my XR8 sprint serviced through these guys and the service was excellent. I will be going back.

Disgusting experience with Ben from new cars where he stole $1000 from my account, after never seeing the car or driving it only discussing a price and he took it upon himself to take a deposit from my credit card. Horrible sales staff with expensive finance. NEVER buy from these people.

I had a fantastic experience here. I purchased my Focus RS at this place and have got it serviced here every time. I appreciate that no one bothers talking to me or saying g'day because that's what customer service is all about.

I had to do the recall for the head gaskets which they said that I can't do it until late April which is fantastic because I love waiting.

I never got called a fckwit but I wish I did because that is added value to an already great proposition.

Yeah avoid at all costs, calling a customer a vulgar name certainly has turned myself and my family / friends off from your business.
