My experience with Titan Ford has been nothing but amazing. Jas and Ainsley (cool name) have taken so much time to give me truly impeccable customer support.
In terms of my communication with Titan ford, I have had incredibly respectful, helpful, informative, and in the case of me not being available to immediately take calls- flexible responses. I am so grateful to Ainsley, talked me through an engine issue on an expressway in a way that was so calm and empathetic that I did not cause a crash.

In terms of service, as someone lacking in automotive knowledge, I can’t recommend the patience and expertise offered by Jasmin. Not only did she take the time to ensure I understood (across multiple visits) the issue with my car, but she also aimed to provide me with a solution that was appropriate to my budget.

The work of Titan Ford (specific shout out to these two wonderful Ladies) is A+

Also have to mention James Vavouris from Ford Finance. He has been so helpful, so professional and most of all prompt, especially as time was of the essence.
James’s experience in this field is evident by the way he guided me through the process to obtain finance. I love that I could upload my docs which made the process a quick and easy settlement with good online portal for document submission and clear instructions as to what documents were required.
I can confidently say that James is the best in the business. What makes him great is not only does he have a wealth of experience in his field, he is also very professional and always strives to find the best solution to match my requirements but is also genuinely a nice guy and will help out wherever required. Warning: Consider carefully your decision to use Titan Ford Service Department

When reading the reviews, I ask myself… How can a company get it so right and so wrong? ! Nearly everyone is positive about the car sales experience and nearly everyone is super negative about their car servicing experience!

I am a Northern beaches local and bought my car from Titan. A good experience as well. However, that is where my good experience ended and my nightmare has begun. I have no idea why they treat their loyal and satisfied customers so badly after sales completes.

I am sorry to say that the very worst 2 service experiences with any company in any industry in my entire life have come at the hands of Titan Ford Brookvale. It’s actually hard to know where to start!

On a positive note… The service department reception staff are friendly and professional.

Briefly……
My first service failure involved me booking in the car to find and repair a leak in the roof/sunroof (factory fitted) before my across Australia 4WD trip. It took nearly 6 weeks to get a booking. The car was due back in two days max. 14 days later I still did not have my car. They completed a service which I agreed to but didn’t really need. They loaded up on expensive original Ford parts which were wrongly ordered leading to further delays. No replacement car offered until very late in the peace (they advertise this as an immediate benefit), no communication from Ford regarding status of delay, an unexpected bill for over $2000 and the final beating was that they handed back my car without even having looked at the leak in the roof and refused to do so stating that this was not their responsibility.

Second service failure was last week when I received my car back from Titan Ford for a very small rust removal warranty job. Initially they incorrectly said they had to submit a case to get approval from head office to get this rust removed. It has taken 23 phone calls, 5 dealership visits, well over 16 hours of my time over a six month period to get this matter sorted! Extremely poor communication (none), head office powerless to help, incorrect information (or lies) about their own product/warranty process, inability to return phone calls, staff promises not fulfilled, had my car on their lot for three months and the smash repairer only received it 3 weeks before pick up which was delayed as a result even though they had the car for 3 months! Huge inconvenience, financial cost to us for alternative transport due to no car returned, no communication whatsoever and no apologies. So bad I was considering approaching the ombudsman and or legal action due to the cost, stress and Impact they were causing on my life and their inability to proceed with the warranty repair.

Terrible service division that genuinely does not deserve to be in business. I will never set foot in that business again and I have invested the time to write now to warn others. Buyer beware!

Absolute worst dealership. Shocking customer service.

27 April dropped car for service and extended warranty fix of 3 issues!
Rubbish service, damaged our car in the process, gave our car back more than a week later in worse condition than we sent it in. 2 windows broken, panel on door broken, damage to door on the inside, seat still not working, both sliding doors not on railing properly and now have grating sounds when opening and closing, even found one of their tools under my brake when I tried braking and the pedal got jammed!
Not responding to requests to take the car back to fix it. Has 1000 excuses for everything. NEVER buy a car from them and NEVER service your car with them.

Update 14 June 2023:
Lets add another week on and more broken promises to call back - we have called them again with no success - more excuses added to previous ones. Panel on side door still broken (wasn't broken when we dropped it off on 27 April) 2 windows not working, central locking still broken, damage still not acknowledged, still no return phone calls, still no news on when they will fix what is under warranty and what they damaged and what they broke during the "service"

I had a great experience buying from Titan Ford. Finn kept me up to date with the progress of the car with all the customs post Covid delays etc. Got the car to me before EOFY as promised.

Theodore was friendly and very helpful. He was thorough in helping me understand the vehicle I was purchasing. If I was to ever upgrade or get another Ford I would definitely go back to him at Brookvale. Thanks again.

Broken suspension part which is a warranty issue/safety issue but vehicle can’t be looked at for 4-6 weeks.
