We purchased 2 Ford Ranger's in December 2019 from Titan Ford. I must say I was very impressed with Ian Kalmek who took care of us throughout the whole purchasing process.

Ian went above and beyond especially by opening up for us on boxing day just so we could finalise our delivery and pickup our utes!

Absolutely awful and shoddy. Never going back. Called on 4th of May. Could not get me in until the 25th. Not great but I accepted even though I needed the car looked at. On the 4th I provided the car's details over the phone and they found the VIN. I was very detailed with what the car required and what I wanted done. I took they day off work on today as I thought it would help battled all the peak hour traffic only to arrive at Titan Ford and be told to go home they would not help me.

So disappointed. My 2016 Ford Everest has a fault code. After being told on the phone to bring it in as they’ll need to ‘take a look’ to confirm whether it’s covered under warranty or not, I waited 3 weeks for their next available appointment with my car in limp mode. After waiting 25minutes for them to serve me this morning at 8am - they then drop a $160 Minimum for them to even take a look at the car.

Another reminder of why I stopped going there.doesn’t matter who you speak to there - everyone gives you different advice / forgets to do things requested by customers during servicing and as a result wastes their and customers time.

Their ‘cap priced’ servicing and up selling for things that you would think be included in regular service intervals means you pay a premium for an average service.

I feel for the frontline staff who bare the frustration of customers!

Car on for service at Service Dept, prompt and attentive service by Service Technician on arrival, full explanation of service and costs, and a promise to call if other issues found. All as it should be.

Got my car serviced here today and was terrible will not be returning was not informed what had been done to my car for all I know could have been nothing and then didn't even stamp the log book just got given the key and said cya later. Well very rude. Poor service titan ford

1 star is too much!
Appalling customer service. Customer service team is clearly understaffed and completely disorganised. No one seems to have a clue what is going on.
Communication is terrible if not non-existent. Not one single phone call returned when promised.
If you have an option dont waste your time. GO ELSEWHERE!
When I get my car back I am taking my service contract somewhere else.
Loan car or not.very frustrated

Client satisfaction at the highest level! Ordered a new Mustang late November after having gone to the Titan Ford dealership a few times to test drive the Mustangs. Simon in sales was extremely accommodating, friendly and patient whilst also being informative. Once ordered, there was a shipment delay which meant delivery in the new year, but Ian the fleet manager made it happen, provided exceptional service, early delivery (before Christmas) and support before, during and after the sell. Loved the experience! *****

Walked onto the lot wanting to look at some mustang's. Getting ready for an end of year present for myself after a successful year.

The jerks didnt even get my name right, left me waiting outside in the heat after he said he would be right back.

I will be driving a stang in december but wont be from these tossers.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They are Happy to take your money and leave you high and dry.
Will not be coming back.and i strongly recommended people go else where.

Requested availability/information on the new Focus Wagon. Sales Rep promised to call back the next day but nothing happened. Wouldn't recommend them.

Grabbed on the lot as soon as I arrived. Wheeled to the "used" guy. Quickly he qualified that he had nothing to suit me and refused to let me have a test drive.

Nothing but trouble from day one. It started with fitting a non genuine tow bar. It took many visits and the run around before that was fixed. The wheels had to be replaced after 20,000 kms. (The non Ford replacements are still on the car 110,000 kms later). The electric windows have being constantly playing up for 4 years - that problem was never resolved satisfactorily.

The final time, I had to bring it in cause the windows jammed again. The car was due for a service so I left it to be serviced. I received a call to tell me the car needed a fuel injection service & discovered that a mechanic had not even looked at the car.

Needless to say, when I picked it up, I was told my car needed extensive & expensive repairs but I could not have a copy of the vehicle report. I specifically asked for 2 issues to be addressed - THEY WERE NOT.

I have given up & traded the car in as I cannot have faith in anything Titan Ford says or does

Must be going very well at Brookvale Ford. The sales consultants are too "busy/pre-occupied" to attend to walk-in business. Will not go back.

Took the car in for a check as the engine coolant was leaking and the car was overheating. This is a 3 year old car which we purchased from titan ford and have loyally gone back to have our car serviced there. Not sure why. We have been disappointed with the last couple of services but this time after no news and multiple calls to establish if they had found the cause of the leak we were quoted $1037 to repair the engine coolant line and replace the water pump.apparently this is quite Labour intensive. We opted to go elsewhere as a local garage has quoted significantly less for the same work. Went to pick up the car and was charged $200 for labour even though we told them we didn't want to proceed. Joke. Titan ford you've just lost a return customer.

I recently bought a car from Titan Ford and I was extremely impressed with the service. Luke McClelland was very helpful and knowledgable and I will be recommending anyone who needs a new car to go and see Luke. Well done and thank you for my new wheels.

Took my car in for a service today.
When i retuned to pick up my car one of my mobiles that i had left in the side door had been stolen.
After speaking to the manager he said that ford take no responsibility if this happens.
I will never use this garage again and i suggest if you take your car to be serviced make sure that you remove any valuable item from inside of your car.
A total disgrace that you trust a dealership to service your vehicle and items are stolen.

Avoid this dealer at all costs.quoted myself $382 for $185 wheel bearing available at other Ford dealerships for the lower price.
Tried to book in to get a wheel bearing changed, all they wanted to was diagnose the car to get more money out of me.

Simon and the team were outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure a completely smooth purchasing experience (including jumping through a number of tricky hoops to make sure I could drive away same day, which was a huge deal for me having travelled a long way there!) Thank you for your help and excellent service when we dropped out car in for service a courtesy car was ready. Then they sent a text message saying the service was done and the price and when the car was ready to pick up. When we picked up our car it was all washed and beautifully clean. Thank you for the excellent service
