Titan Ford Service has been fantastic with taking care of my Ranger Raptor, I dealt with Orlagh and she was absolutely amazing. She was clear with everything that needed to happen, and kept me updated thoroughly throughout the day.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Excellent service.

When I called up the service team, they were so helpful with my car, they go above and beyond to help, amazing service, thank you.

Went there to get a new key for my Mitsubishi ASX as the plastic housing was broken. They informed me they needed to do a new key and also the second key so that they could reprogram with the car. The cost for the whole service would be around $430 dollars and I booked for two weeks later. I went there again and left the car and keys for the service, when I was going to work on an uber they rang me to say it will cost $730! I ended up accepting on the phone as I was already late to work and spending money on a uber. What a rip-off, I would never do businesses with them again.

Do not reccomend dealing with the service team at Titan Ford. They damaged my car while fixing it and told me to wait untill parts arrived in a month's time and they will call. It's now been 2 months at it seems like nobody has any clue what's going on. Have been promised calls back by closing time on 3 occasions and have been disapointed every time.

We bought a Ranger and we are very happy with our purchase. We definitely feel like we got an amazing deal - the car is awesome! The dealership experience was great, we never felt pressured to buy and Simon was very knowledgeable and helpful and we were well looked after by all of the staff. Overall it was a very positive and relaxed atmosphere to be making a big decision in, thank you!

By far the best service I’ve ever had!
Alex and Ainsley were amazing to deal with and made sure I got everything finalised within the time I needed! Ainsley even had her husband drop my finance papers to my work as I couldn’t get to Mitsubishi to sign them in time.
10000% recommend

Titan Ford Service. Abysmal. A really friendly front-counter team member who I felt sorry for as he was left to repeatedly be the spin doctor for clearly flawed servicing happening out the back. All the worst cliches applied. Upselling of unnecessary parts. Half truths. Car not being seen to in the time assured. Even an eventual admission that they were guessing as to the issues - the wrong guesses costing me the best part of a grand. And most frustratingly, the damaging of another part of my car in their repeated guessed attempts to fix the original issue I took it in for. After five visits, a month and a half, and being gouged a grand despite the issue not being properly fixed, I decided to cut my losses and take it to an independent auto-electrician who fixed it that afternoon, at no charge, saying I'm not the first Titan Ford mop-up job he's had to work on. Just to be clear, this review is in regards to Titan Ford Service, not sales. Haven't had any dealings with the latter. Perhaps that is part of the issue. Maybe if I'd dropped 60k+ next door on a new car, I might have been treated a little differently.

And this isn't directed at any one individual - rather the business as its job management and quality control processes are clearly flawed. Unfortunately took this experience and belatedly reading the many other similar reviews here, to discover this.

Got my car earlier then expected and communication was great along the way. Simon was helpful and a great representation of the brand

I have been taking my Everest to Titan Ford since buying new in 2017. The staff have been fantastic and they have replaced everything under warranty as promised. Special call out to Amanda who goes over and above to help resolve any issues, explains the costs and always has a welcome smile. Keep up the good work Titan.

Great cars poor service and customer service from this dealership. People who take the bookings don't have almost 0 technical knowledge. Can't even provide general advice.

My car is less than 15,000kms. So thought would get better customer service than this.

Don't normally write bad reviews like this but this is the second time I have had bad experience from this dealership. The other time was when they didn't have enough staff rostered on.

Zero customer service. Weekends are typically busy at a dealership and they were not adequately staffed. We also called earlier in the week asking about certain cars on the lot and never heard back from sales. Overall, they were rude and disinterested in our business. Was ready to drive one off the lot with a new car but after the sales person looked at me said, 'we're busy with other customers' and gave rude answers to my questions we left. Run don't walk from this pathetic excuse of dealership. PS- Put bloody stickers on the window so the customer knows the price and details of the car, handy if you are 'buys with other customers'.

In December 2020, I bought a ford ranger Wildtrak brand new.

After being promised a car they didn't have in a timeline they couldn't achieve.
After bringing this up with Alex Williams who is the Sales Manager, They took the car back and had it detailed.
When I received the car back it still had scratches and I made that very clear to Nina & Alex. Which they responded "yeah but it looks better than before"
After calling Alex Williams to explain that it was not satisfactory, he let out a big sigh and said " What do you expect? It's not a Bentley"

After 4 months of Alex and Nina ignoring me, I decided to call Ford Australia and put in the claim. They told me to get my car clean and take it down to Titan Ford to have photos taken for the claim.
They decided not to take photos of the car, and told me that scratched paint is normal on brand new car.
So I have had a second opinion on the matter and I was told that this is not the first time Titan Ford Brookvale has done this.

IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR THAT HAS NO SCRATCHES, GO ANYWHERE ESLE BUT HERE.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any car dealership! IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD! I went in and the servicemen were on their phones and later had the audacity to raise their voice at me when I was trying to make an enquiry. DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE! I regret buying a car here in the first place.

On another occasion a salesman said they would call me in regards to my Enquiries. SUPRISE! They never called back.

I was concerned with the negative feedback in here, but ended up having a really good experience with their service department.

I called on a Friday to schedule a recall after receiving a letter from Ford. They quickly booked me in for the following Monday.

Got there and was immediately looked after by Darren. He found out that I actually had 3 recalls on my car, and promptly offered to perform the additional services on the same visit.

They promised to return the car in the afternoon, but later on called to inform that some of the parts didn't arrive and that they would have to return the car on the next day. Not really a problem since they were doing much more stuff than what was initially planned.

Anyway, got back there on the Tuesday and once again didn't have to wait. My car was ready and it only took me a few minutes to be out of there.

Lost a day of work because my car was not ready when they promised. Dropped my car 8: 30 am to do a 45k service and the car wasn't ready in the afternoon.
When I booked the service I asked more than once if the car would be ready in the same day as they didn't have a spare car to lend me and the answer was "yes it will be ready for sure"
I need the car for working and I don't have the car ready. Who gonna pay for my loss?

Not good at all! Had a safety recall for door hinges in April. Get told the earliest they could do was June. In May they postponed until July. Turn up in July, say they have no record of me in the system, despite me receiving confirmation text and email. I must reschedule - for August. Turn up in August, car sits on the tarmac all day because they were too busy (more likely lazy) to do anything. Rep says definitely will be done the next day by 10am. Drop off the car at 8: 30am, to be told it will be done "in the morning", receive a text at 11: 50am saying can I call? Call the number - auto-message. Spend 15min on the phone to be told it will be ready at 3pm. Four months and five visits after receiving a product recall for door hinges - i.e. The door could fall off at any time - the issue is finally fixed. They clearly do not care about recalls, or perhaps anyone!

We are new to the Northern Beaches and booked our Ford Territory in for a service and blue slip. When I booked, I explained that I would need to wait on site as I had no alternative transport. I Arrived at 9: 20am after dropping the kids to school and was happy to wait all day (until school pick-up time). I was told that my car would be given priority as I was waiting.

I enquired as to progress at 1pm as my car had not been moved and was told that the car would not be ready by 2: 50pm for school pick up and further, that they did not have anyone qualified to do Blue Slips in their workshop that day anyhow! I tried to stay positive and suggested/tried to discuss solutions. Evidently there were none. After having spent half a day waiting, I was forced to leave with the vehicle unserviced and without a blue slip.

One of the reasons that I prefer to use factory dealerships for servicing is to avoid such issues. Having read other's reviews of Titian Fords service, I realise that mine was not an isolated experience. I suspect the culture that produces these disappointing outcomes runs through Titan Ford and their workshop. Probably best to avoid.

Offensive customer service.
My husband dropped my Ford Ranger off for a mandatory recall and requested a loan car to get to work, which he was told wasn’t possible. He then tried to explain that we have 2 small children which was why he had to drop my car off so I wasn’t stuck there with the kids and he needed to get to work - after all it’s not our fault the car had to be recalled. To which the representative replied ‘everyone has a story’.
We’ll be reluctant to even purchase from Ford again if this is how they treat their customers.
