I have had an amazing experience with TFO. The marble tiles I ordered and had couriered to Brisbane are absolutely gorgeous and were priced almost $1000 less than what I would have paid for the same tiles elsewhere. I had courier issues (no fault of TFO whatsoever) and Alana in particular delivered above and beyond service trying to resolve the issue. She even organised a quote through another courier company when the first courier company failed to deliver! I’ve recommended my friends and family consider TFO for their future building and renovation needs as I know I definitely will again! Thank you!

The ladies at the front desk were helpful and very happy with the quality of the tiles. Just make sure you take help because they only drop the load off at the pick bay next door but you have to load them. The warehouse crew on the forklifts were also friendly.

Good range and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prices are certainly competitive. Got our tiles delivered by Wayne the Crane who was great. He rang an hour before he arrived and maneuvered his truck in so he could crane the pallet into our driveway which was no mean feat.

Took my mother-in-law to get sub-way tiles for her kitchen. She's very happy with her tiles that are her splash back.

I wanted to buy $3500 of tiles.
After asking how much delivery would cost I was told approximately $120.
This equals 1 pallet to my area.
I re emailed and asked if they could be more specific but again got the "approx. $120.
I asked again if they could ask someone, how much 2 pallets would cost. "approx. $120".
I wrote again and said that if they couldn't tell me anything other than "approx. $120"' I would go elsewhere.

Cheap fantastic quality tiles for one. Very organised business and logistic for two. And their customer service is as good as your can get. I am a newbie in reno made a couple of mistake and experienced shortage. I rushed to their shop close to COB. But Fred the floor customer service went out of his way to help me right to the end. If you want anything, look for him h he will take care of you. You need to make your own delivery arrangement with their 4-5 recommended delivery contractors. They provided a list to me. Cost $150 for two pallets to inert West.

We bought some tiles today, they told us we can pick them up anytime during operating ours. We organised to have someone pick them up and driver arrived at 10 past 4. Within operating hours. They refused to load him. Poor bloke argued your loading other trucks and utes, we spoke to them as well and they made excuse loading hours are till 4. At no time did they tell us this and caused a huge inconvenience for me. How hard is it to load a Ute with a forklift during your trading hours?

Absolute bloody joke of a place 1 hour and 25 minutes to pick up two pallets of tiles would not piss on this place if it was on fire

One of the worst experience I have ever been.
Worst product, bad staff and the manager too.
I can’t trust this company. Also people please get enough advice think more before you give one cent to them.
I’m having so much trouble with the tiles, I’ve asked for something easy to clean smooth and not much dirts that you may see on the tiles and sadly they given me rough tiles, my shoulders are sore because of the dirts that isn’t coming out. I’ve asked them for products to clean the tiles and their staff given me GROUT! Really disappointed as my dad is pension, he saved money to change the floor of the house but these people are really bad.

Fair trading is in and ACCC will be in very shortly and working soon on the news. Gino you know exactly who I am:)

You guys did not advice or explained your product that you told me that is similar to the sample I got. So don’t try to cover on yourself please.
Second I have a tiller to lay down the tiles not a cleaner, there’s differences.
Third why didn’t you tell me when tiller finish his job get a tiller cleaner.
Forth where were you THE MANAGER when I came 5 times to your place to ask about the tiles when we had some doubts about it and you’ve let your stupid workers deal with it.
When you are saying there’s grout and tiles should be cleaned, why would you give me grout to clean the tiles.
GINO you had no idea based on how to use the product that you got me last time. Gain more experience understand what you are giving me and then come and talk.

And I found out something on the report that you’ve send me that these tiles are outdoor. Can’t thank you enough for it honestly.

Great selection of tiles and easy to find and decently priced. The inside staff are polite but the out door staff who help with the loading and unloading (wont help load your car) are a little rude still I would go here again. But would like to see an improvement on customer service for the outdoor staff.

Good place to shop for tiles they have big range of styles and also prices.
Unfortunately a let bit despondent from the refund or change of items as this store has no REFUND OR CHANGE OR ANYTHING ELSE. Even that I bought the tiles and THEY STILL IN THE SHOP. They just refused to do anything about it.ones you pay that’s it.
Make sure you read the policy before you sign as new customer because no one will tell you about this.

Pick up sucks. They make trucks wait and it costs you. Either your delivery quote is high or there is a big surcharge for waiting time.

Excellent range of tiles. Great customer service, definitely worth looking at if you are after tiles.

Cheap place for tiles. Unfortunately the waiting time to pick up your tiles is always a long wait. There are no signs to instruct you on how to collect your tiles fortunately someone directed us waiting in the carpark. After over an hour wait we received our tiles. Lucky I checked each box because they had given us less tiles than what we paid for. Overall decent price but only go if you're willing to wait.

I have purchased tiles and pavers here on two occasions. The product is great and it would be very hard to beat the price. If you are after boutique designs though with no budget in mind you may want to shop around but otherwise do yourself a favour and visit this place.

Good customer service, product range and price. Only let down is that you have to wait for a long time at the warehouse to get your items.

It reminds me of dealing with gypsies when i was in bosnia just be careful once they got your money its gone make sure your clear on transportstion and that you have enough tiles and they arnt damaged befor you lay and always keep in mind there is a reason the tiles are cheap and its not because they love you these guys dissapointed me from the start and im sure im not the first in other words NEVER AGAIN
