Alana helped us out today. Building a new home and wanted exactly what the display home looked like. She knew exactly what she was talking about and with great experience she was able to bring all our 5 bathrooms and all outdoor areas together. She was amazing. Thank you Alana for your time and patience.

Tile selections are plenty. Staff assists you if you ask them for help. Airconditioned showroom. Toilet available inside. Vending machine is also available inside. Parking is just enough for customers that come in and out of the factory.

There is veriaties of quality tile at much cheaper prices, pick up when you ready, partial or complete.

Fantastic selection of tiles and friendly, helpful staff makes this a 'return to' place. Prices are also very reasonable.

EDIT: Wow.your response perfectly demonstrates the problem with your business. You're blaming ME for YOU storing YOUR products in CARDBOARD BOXES OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN. The boxes were wet and falling apart when I collected them from you, with great difficulty.

The experience I had at your store, with your staff and manager, left me so upset that I didn't want to want to think it about it anymore, hence my not leaving a review in October when I bought the tiles, took them home, and they chipped due to the utterly disintegrated packaging.

I left the review now because we used the tiles and found the manufacturing defects which was absolutely infuriating and the last straw.

As one business owner to another - take a long hard look at your reviews and the pattern of complaints.

The tiles here are cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Like many other customers, the tiles I got from TFO were in wet boxes. The boxes disintegrated once loaded and on the drive home, the tiles came out of the boxes and were damaged.

Multiple tiles also have manufacturing defects.

Not going back here when we retile other areas of the house.

Delivery service was beyond expectations. H was lovely to deal with and communication was great!

5 boxes of tiles missing from my order delivered. I took a day off work to travel 2 HOURS to pick up remainder of order. When tiles arrived to my car on forklift I was told I had to load them myself. 30kg boxes and I'm a tiny 60kg lady. I ask for help and was told no way! I tracked down someone to sort my issue out and after being given a story about why they won't load tiles my tiles where reluctantly load into my car. You guys are a joke. You also need to look at your WHS in your loading area. Forklifts and customers roaming around.work cover would have a field day.

We were assisted by Linley, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave his opinion on which way was best to lay tiles and assisted in educating us on which adhesive, waterproofing and waste insert to purchase.
Then greeted by a beautiful young girl at front of desk by the name of Negen. She was very proficient organising date for our pick up and final payment. Was very considerate and kind in the way she communicated with my father who is hard of hearing.

We shopped at TFO on Saturday and Misha was so helpful and helped us find alternatives and assisted us with calculations. She made our selection process so easy and quick. Extremely happy with her service!

Served by Nat in store today, she was very helpful and attentive! Once we had our order we paid at the counter and were told it could be up to an hour wait for pickup (which we didnt mind). After parking, our tiles were brought out in around 20 minutes! Great job team, lovely staff and well laid out showroom.
