HORRIBLE QUALITY TILES! Very disappointing customer service. We have stains everywhere that won’t go unless I get a special detergent. It has been a big hassle to clean. I have to pay someone $450 every 6 months to deep clean the tiles. I also bought a special machine for $650 to clean them and it still won’t work. We bought the glazed porcelain tiles which are not glazed properly, yet they do not accept them as being faulty.

I have been buying tiles from few years now very good quality and quick service lots of variety and excellent warehouse staff very helpful especially Kd, Paul and kusey. I recon go and see them. #in112775

Really bad after sale service. All they care is your money. After they get your money, they don't care what you get. I ordered $3000 worth of tiles. The tiles I received are totally different from what they display in their showroom. They said if you change your mind, you could return the tiles. But they need to deduct 20% and I need to pay for the delivery charges. The problem is I did not change my mind. The tiles I received are not the same as they displayed. At the end, I lost more than $1000. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Amazing customer service! We ordered some tiles late in the afternoon and received a phone call at 9am the following morning to say the tiles would be ready for collection that day – but they were mostly phoning to check we wouldn't be needing more of a patterned tile we ordered because they were low in stock. They were checking we didn't just order one box of the tiles to see if we liked them before ordering more. We were using them as a feature so not an issue but to care enough to ask the question was amazing! And the extremely prompt phone call and order being ready – amazing too. You don't normally get that kind of service when ordering products online. Thank you!

Christine was so helpful with my online order and delivery details. It was a very nice change from dealing with big corporate homeware and hardware suppliers!

Great variety & pricing and excellent customer service. We really wish to thank Stephanie who provided us with valuable insights on chosing the type and colour of tiles. She was really helpful. Also, the manager was fantastic, he really helped us with advice and sampling on some outdoor tiling. Overall, great experience.

Our first experience with TFO was in 2014. We were impressed with their range of products, their staff’s product knowledge and TFO’s competitive prices. We purchased and were very pleased with the results. Early in 2021 we began a large renovation project including the installation of a swimming pool so once again, went straight back to TFO. Once again the instore service and advice was superb. This time we purchased 9 full pallets of products from TFO.
We would like to especially thank Sonia, Andre and H sincerely for their wonderful service and attention to our situation as well as for ensuring our special order products were brought to us as we could not get to the store to collect them due to the current lockdown. Congratulations too to the TFO Management who have created such an environment where staff take great pride and ownership of their work. Very rare indeed!

They can be busy, so be prepared to wait for a customer service person. But when you get a customer service person, they are friendly and helpful. They listen to what you want and don't try to push a product that wouldn't suit you. They were easy to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for nice tiles.

I have been purchasing tiles from TFO. Very nice and big showroom and lots of different varieties in tiles. As specially very thank full to KD, he helpful us a lot till load the tiles in van.

Very happy with these guys so far. It’s our first time building, and they’ve made it really easy to organise the tiles. They have a huge range and there’s always new ones coming in, and their prices are usually really good. We’ve been to other stores but I didn’t like how they didn’t have their prices on display. These guys are transparent and have the prices on display, which makes it easier to choose as price always plays a factor especially when you’re tiling 450m2+. Thanks guys!

Their QR system for COVID is not government approved (they haven't registered as a covid safe place with a government QR code), so whilst the epicentre of COVID is literally in this area: I would b very careful.they have a QR code: but it isn't the government one so not helpful to authorities in tracing. The prices for the tiles I wanted was great: but they were made in China and ceramic not porcelain. The staff are pretty rude in general and you are a problem if you dont fit into their box.not a sale.the idea you are only allowed to buy 1 tile as a sample (for $5, when each tile is 150 x 75 cm and you need to pattern them (with 9 possible patterns), on a splashback only to be told " most people have a good eye and can do it with one", without an option to purchase more than one sample is ridiculous. They are also happy to sell samples of tiles they have no stock for and dont know when they are coming in (?) Dont go for intricate stuff.only massive huge floor or wall tiles.

We saved about 1k on our bathroom renovation by getting the tiles, toilet and fixtures here. Great service and very friendly and helpful.

TFO sent the wrong tiles, When I made the claim I was told that they sent what I ordered. After explaining that the tiles they sent did not match the description given online they still refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. Stay away form this people. As we say in Spain: the cheap, always becomes expensive.

Great selection of tiles, for indoors and outdoors, taps, bathroom fittings etc. Reasonable prices. Worths a visit.
