Yeah good selection, easy purchase, be ready for a long wait. 30-120 minutes depending. However this is well advertised.

Purchased tiles here myself, great selection of quality tiles at fantastic prices and the pick up process wasn't a fuss.

Made one collection in the week and two this morning. All staff are very polite especially the pick up crew outside dealing with a busy turnaround in customers. Big shout to Adam6 (thats what was stamped on his working tablet for the order processing) for helping me on both days.

Quite cheap and good quality but be prepared to wait for ages for everything, pickup closes stupidly early about 1pm or 2pm which there are no signs, massive queues for purchases 10 mins and returns 30 mins and even longer to wait for warehouse staff to bring your order out 1 hour plus.
There is only 1 desk to handle returns but 3 desks to take your money:)
Also, they tell you that you can't return any unused products but "might be able to get approval from a manager" but a 20% restocking fee for any excess products returned which there are always going to be with tiling as you need to over estimate by 10%-20%. They also do not accept returns of grout under any condition. I'm not even sure that's legal under Australian consumer law to not allow returns of products in perfect saleable condition.
So overall they are understaffed, customer service is appalling but products are good and cheap. Allow 2 hours for what would take 10 mins anywhere else

Good variety of all tile types. Great pricing. The prices for natural stone and marble are extremely competitive. A nice variety on offer. Always quote busy but its understandable, I guess this reflects their pricing. Usually first quality tiles. Only whim would be the system they have in place for picking up tiles. A long wait and had to hand load myself. Would be wonderful if they address this issue. Recommended!

Customer service could have been better for a business of this size. Only at the warehouse you get good service from the boys while picking up the tiles.
No delivery service of there own. You have to hire third party delivery service advised by them. You have to make sure to check delivery upon receiving. As they do lot of mistakes while doing delivery of tiles. One of my very small job I had twice stock got missing. Once I found out straight away which I claimed and got back but the other I found out after few months later when work started. While doing the job I found I was 10 boxes short which I don't know how happened thus could not be claimed.
20% restocking fee is ridiculous while doing exchange for the business of this size. Tiles are cheaper but you have to wonder is it worth considering all the hassles you have to go through.

Great selection of tiles perfect for any renovation job and at reasonable prices compared to competitors. Weekends are quite busy so would advise an earlier or late visit. Staff are both knowledgeable and helpful so highly recommend

A Mecca for anything to do with tiles indoors & out. The rage of tiles is almost overwhelming and maybe that’s what makes coming here so joyful. The selection of tiles & choices is well laid out and separated into different types and uses. The staff there are very helpful and can set up your orders as you choose. The range of large format tiles is what I was most impressed with and there were products & styles of tiles I have never seen. There are samples of all tiles on display if you need to see them insight.
The showroom is large, well lit and apart from tiles there are other bathroom accessories available to purchase. There are small idea areas set up to give you inspiration and also small sections of bathrooms set up so you can see the bigger picture. If your order is small you can pick up at the outlet or there’s delivery via verified contractors with trucks suited to heavy loads. Honestly just a great place to choose tiles or just get inspiration. Once you see the Tile Factory Outlet’s massive range of products your going to understand just how small the selection of tiles are at Bunnings.
But maybe what’s key to buying at the Tile Factory Outlet is the price. There’s some fantastic bargains going on.

Just bought some BRAND NEW tiles from TFO as photo shown. TFO insisted: "Most of those tiles are kept outdoor in our warehouse, even the tile displayed in the showroom has got yellowish marks too. This is a really GOOD IMITATE the look of real stone. Come on TFO, You kept all the tiles outdoor doesn't mean this is right! Why would the manufacturer used cardboard packaging for the tiles to be stored outdoor? Long story short, I finally managed to return those real stone look tiles with the lost of my time and $$$! I have to say TFO used to be really good. I sent more than 100 of my clients to TFO each year in the past, which TFO probably didn't even know. After my latest awful experience with TFO, I don't think TFO will get any more of my business. Now I am just hopping TFO won't use those BRAND NEW tiles to fool the next customer. PS: TFO stated below that they issued a full refund, which is not true! They charged $176.26 restocking fee! Just in comparison, Pacific tiles (I sent a lot of clients to them as well), as long as boxes unopened, no approval is required, no questions asked, return and full refund!

After visiting the showroom to look at their selection of outdoor tiles we purchased porcelain tiles for our new verandah online via their website.

The online process was easy and I was advised the tiles would be ready the next day for collection. I was told to get there around 8.00am to pick up the tiles to avoid the warehouse collection getting busy, and delays in loading.

Warehouse team were helpful and wrapped the pallet of tiles in plastic and loaded the Ute with a forklift. Couldn't have been easier.

I can't believe how amazingly helpful the guy at TFO was when we were trying to select tiles for 2 bathrooms. Can't recommend highly enough!

Really a great place for tiles shopping. In case you want to pick up the same day allow for upto 1.5 hours from order to pick up. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable

Wrong advice on the products and they will not admit they're wrong.whole bunch of scammers in one place.

From our experience, TFO provides excellent value for money, with impressive customer service, with a great selection of tiles to choose from.

TFO have a great selection of tiles at really great prices. A free design consultation is available, but must be booked in advance. The team are also very helpful and friendly.

Bad experiences. Not happy about TFO. I purchased yellowish outdoor tiles from there and they delivered concrete colour tiles.and now the ourdoor of my house look like all concrete, no colour. Tried to communicate with the customer service and then they did not solve the issue and even insisted they are the same colour.

I purchased the first one and they sent me the second one. They did not admit their fault and said they are exactly the same! Totally ruined my house.becareful about shopping in TFO. They not honest!

Great experience dealing with TFO. Made an appointment with color specialist and she was very helpful, had an idea of what I wanted but she definitely helped with final decision. Tiles prepared for pick up quickly and also an easy process to pick up. Quality is excellent (as confirmed by my tiler) and they look great. Thank you TFO
