I have to say this Dealership is excellent Keith dealt with me while I was in hospital organised my Managers new Amarok he was sharp on price and professional, he had Jesse arrange the finance they both excelled over and above any other dealers I had contacted.

Vw Management needs to take lessons from these guys and apply to other dealerships.

My son and I recently walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Kevin. We had done our research on the Polo GTI and Kevin supplied us with all the reasons why we should have the car. Needless to say a week later we drove out of the dealership with a Polo GTI. The whole process, including trading in a car was made easy and Kevin's follow-up from start to finish was noted. Thanks for taking the pain away Kevin.

A special thanks to Kevin He. He was extremely sincere, patient and willing to help.
I've been driving for 30yrs and bought/sold quite a few cars. You'll be glad that you meet Kevin He if you don't like the common sales talk, bullshxt & haggling.

Actually 1 Star is my current thought.
Prior to buying the car, the Sales Lady was very nice, helpful and friendly. But now I have the car, the Service people were not friendly, showed no personal (or vehicle) care, and have very little knowledge about the car, or don't want to share.
I have called, and emailed, but never get response from my attempts.
I went to the service desk, asked for some assistance, they said "we will find out and get back to you".
The only thing I heard back was an SMS asking me to write feedback for them. I did, explaining I still hadn't heard from them. And guess what? I still haven't heard from them.

Excellent experience in buying our new Polo last week. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. A special thank you to Loralie Delarosa, our saleswoman, who was very knowledgeable and ready to give as much information as we wanted without being ‘pushy’. The process of price negotiation was respectful and we were happy with the final agreement. We bought our last car from Sydney City VW 10 years ago, and had a similar very good experience, and can also give a strong recommendation for their service department.

Beware. I test drove a car here and was put under significant pressure to place a deposit on the car. When I refused and said that I would have to consult with my wife before purchasing the car, Sydney City Volkswagen suggested I put down a "fully refundable" deposit, which I agreed to. When I decided not to buy from them they refused to refund my deposit, despite noting on the contract that the sale was subject to confirmation, which I did not provide.

I have tried to resolve this situation a number of times over several days with Sydney City Volkswagen, however the general manager has been unavailable, in meetings all day and on a day off each time. Volkswagen Group Australia have also refused to facilitate a resolution as they have stated the disagreement is between the dealerahip and me, the customer.

I ended up buying my car at a different dealership who were much more professional, however, I would not recommend Volkswagen and especially not Sydney City Volkswagen. Their conduct has been unappologetically unprofessional.

I now intend to raise a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading to reclaim the deposit that Sydney City Volkswagen has refused to refund to and ensure that this behaviour does not go unnoticed.

The service was outstanding after I brang my car in for a warranty claim. I purchased my car from Lennock Volkswagen in Canberra.
Highly appreciative of Justin Cavanagh who mediated with Lennock who were trying there best to embarrass me as I was being told to wait for hours until Justin stepped in and sorted all the issues out. Highly recommend Volkswagen Botany.

I want to leave personal thanks to Justin Cavanagh, service advisor at VW Botany, who took my fault diagnosis seriously, correctly identified the problem, carried out major repairs in a day and half, and organised an interim loan car as our family had no other vehicle. I was stressed after the car broke down unexpectedly, and Justin was thoroughly professional. Very happy with the result.

It was so refreshing to be served by lovely people such as Lorelei Dela Rosa and Joshua Martinez. Lorelei was attentive, sincere and understood my needs. She made my first car purchase an easy transaction and was really informative throughout the whole process. Josh made the whole finance process simple and kept me updated and provided useful advice.

I would gladly return to this dealership for future purchases and highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Terrible Sydney city vw service center! My car was bought at Feb 2018, the service center is Sydney City Volkswagen, A Division of East Automotive Pty Ltd, Botany store. I have dropped my car in April and mentioned the Air Conditioner problem, however, the customer service said was no issue after fully checked.

I mentioned the problem again on 22Oct, the Air Conditioner not being cold, the refrigerant needs to be recharged. But the customer service is rejected my suggestion. I also mention the stop-start engine does not always work if the Air Conditioner is on, this is a hardware problem or was defect software from the factory. I requested to check my car again, however, such as shame that the staff is rude and unhelpful. If the car without any problem, I don't need to keep dropping my car in the morning and keep complaint the Air Con issue.

The reception was tested the Air Con under the roof, it was not tested by the professional tech. He turned on the Air con to the highest setting and told me the Air Con was cold in few minutes.
Turned on my car and told me the system is working without the problem. Did not use any machine to check my car, even I mention the stop-start engine problem
About the engine problem, the staff opened the Volkswagen manual and told me to read the page138. He said if you want the engine works, please follow the step.
My car is getting worse. The error will comes up in any driving mode, at any point in any journey. Pressing the stop/start button brings up the error, as does pressing brake pedal hard.however, the customer service said was no issue AGAIN after fully checked.
I made a complaint to head office and dropped my car to Rockdale Volkswagen next day. After fully checked by the professional technician, found the leak of AC compressor connecting pipe and the stop/start engine system also not working. The generator controller was faulty and need replacment. Parts need to order from Germany. For safety reason, Rockdale Volkswagen arrange the loan car for 2 weeks.

Purchased a Tiguan with the dealership two weeks ago. Kevin is really help to speed the car delivery. We have the new car delivered in a week time. Very polite and well-mannered salesman, sent me all requested information within literary next 10 minutes after i got off the phone with him. Followed me up to ensure i have received everything and if i need any further assistance. Excellent treatment!

I dealt with Nina, her service was faultless! She made my whole experience really great. Rhiannon also was lovely to deal with. Most definitely a 5 star dealership, and a prime example of excellent service.

Fantastic service from day 1, Kelvin and Josh took the time to help us decide which features we wanted/needed and what the best repayments for us could be. I am so happy with the whole experience and cannot wait to travel heaps in our new car.
