Great place to purchase fencing related products and materials. Be aware not all materials are manufactured by stratco australia. They are also a little pricey. The trade counter staff are helpful.

Very helpful salesman who was able to design and itemize every item needed for a small awning in a matter of minutes. If any thing is missing at delivery just let him know and he will organise to get it sent out.

Wsy wsy over priced probably good for people who h as ve to much money or sre to stupid or gulible to pay those prices not for me

A big thank you to Sean and the team at Stratco, Huntingwood. From my first phone call to pick-up, the customer service was fantastic. Sean was able to explain what I needed for our screen and gate. All I had to do was give him the measurements and he figured out the rest for me. We’re really happy with the finished product and I would highly recommend this store.

If what they have supplied me is the right stuff and they haven't ripped me off I will change my mind on them

Ask for Sean! (although I get the impression all the staff are great). Incredible level of customer service! Sean explained my project in simple terms and ordered all the parts I needed. Very friendly and efficient. Great store.

Yet again Stratco fails to deliver! Attempting to purchase outdoor furniture using, in part, a gift card they sent me as part of an "apology" for messing up completely the first time I used them.

Told delivery would be today between 7am and 5pm, with a call when they are an hour away. Just been called to say it didn't get put on the truck.

Absolutely useless, avoid at all costs!

Worst experience with stratco. Will never spend another dollar their again. Order was wrong 3 times, promises made and not delivered on time. Once I did get my slats there were damaged on arrival. Better shop elsewhere. You won't lose sleep or money like I did because of someone's inept understanding

Overall my experience was below poor. Customer service extremly proffessional /polite to borderline robotic. No follow through on promises even too sending a simple email or text. Waited over 7 business days for a simple refund. You are always waiting for someone to answer phone (constantly short staffed), missing bolts from outdoor flat pack. Upon assembly broken bits in chair and took over 2 months to replace with no information being provided to the customer me. Went too the owner of Stratco thinking this would help but still got vague calls with no due date. No compensation was offered and would never ever recommend buying from this company ever again. So angry that even when they FINALLY delivered our broken chair the person was sooo rude (John). So am extremly glad to be done with them, unless within my warranty something else goes wrong and at this point l would not be suprised. And too the lady replying to the other negative responses (Lauren), you should call these customers instead of having them take more time away from there life to resolve there delays and mistakes that the company is making. You have there information so do your job its this thing called "Customer SERVICE" learn it because alot too all your staff plus management need to read "Business / Customer service for dummies".

Poor delivery, poor services. Postponed twice. What we ordered tiles hasn't been delivered yet.

Think twice before getting your patio from these guys. 1. Delivery is never on time. 2. Wrong items are delivered n also few items missing. 3. You will have to check all items delivered are of correct dont trust them. 4. Check if they designed the patio correctly cos in mine they missed one coloumn which again i had to pay for and they call themshelves professional. Ended up spending extra $500 on call out charges for the tradie cos he came twice n both times few critical items where missing. SO THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GUYS.
