Dutch Gable Carport, Stratco Huntingwood- Dilan has been fantastic from the initial concept to finalising my carport desig. Dilan was easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the process until delivery. Communication was clear and precise. I must congratulate Dilan for his understanding and support provided when some items were short supplied. -Despatch error. Dilan arrange for the materials to be delivered immediately without causing anydelays on site. Customer support from other staff members in store was also provided when clarification was needed. Overall, I am very pleased with product and the service received. Highly recommended for your home improvement. I will be redirecting all my business to Dilan and his team in the future.

It takes too long to buy an item when you go through checkout. How hard is it to scan and item and pay for it.really? Not enough staff to assist customers and poor experience in general. Really needs to improve.

The 'Customer Service' sign at the pickup gate is something of an oxymoron. Ignored by staff for first 5 mins, then counter left unattended for abother 5. When finally served, waited at least 15 mins while i watched the guy try and locate the order. Good products, terrible service.

Found the patio shed of our dreams. In slate grey to blend in with the Hampton look. New cushions & a tidy up will complete the look. Oh and a big dumpster, that's the way to travel.

Friendly staff were of great help in deciding on the final product we purchased and the best way to install it.

Such a frustrating experience. Took 1.5 hrs to pick up order as none of the things were in stock! Who ever i spoke to, completely stuffed us up! Shocking!
