Had a large delivery to a slightly difficult access and James in truck R1 was awesome. He took a lot of care not to damage any of our front garden and retaining wall and get the delivery up in the second level of our front yard. He was also super friendly bloke.

I bought an outdoor furniture from Stratco Huntingwood for $200 and the I saw same furniture at bunnings for $230.

After trying a demo Stratco yard sweeper on the level, smooth concrete floor of their retail premises, I purchased it for $190.
When I got it home and tried it on our normally finished concrete driveway with a few changes in grade, I found that it just wasn't suitable.
I repacked it and returned to the warehouse with the expection of a discussion about a refund.
No such thing.a full refund was processed immediately.

Delivery driver excellent customer service. Ivan was very careful with material and placed it exactly where we requested.

Just had my order delivered today which I must say was super quick (awesome)
BUT that's where the awesome ends unfortunately.
STRATCO youtube advertising states that QUOTE.
"YOU GUYS CUT THIS ALL UP IN THE FACTORY"
Well that was not the case and I am now left with long lenghths and multiple cuts to do.
Quote clearly had all the lengths listed and priced separately.
Why advertise a service and not deliver it.
This has not been a good experience for me.
Firstly I was overcharged $63.60 above quote and had to contact to get refund.
Then to have it delivered NOT cut to size.
Sorry STRATCO you need to tidy up your act.

Spoke to Sandeep about getting a quote for Pergola roofing and got it the same day. Ordered it through her and it was delivered when and where I wanted. Great service.
