Stratco

We bought a garden pod from them. It looks nice. It was delivered on time but the delivery person did not have a trolley to deliver it to backyard. It’s pretty heavy so have to carry it manually piece by piece.

At the shop the lady who served us was excellent, she was very helpful answering all our questions. We bought a few stuff at very reasonable price as it was moving sale.

Overall except delivery it was good experience.

If you're in the market for the worst quality and designed flat pack furniture in the world, these guys are surely top of the list. The cabinet I wrestled with for an hour and a half, it was borderline impossible to assemble, instructions were awful, metal so flimsy it folds in your hands, holding 4 pieces whilst trying to bend a bit of metal into a hole, just provide bolts and screws for heavens sake. For $300 the cabinet is honestly a scam. As for the shelves I bought from them, they actually could not be assembled as whomever designed them seems not to understand the forces of gravity. When you put weight on them they literally fall apart because the notches for the rivets are upside down on one half. Cheap nasty quality, don't waste your time or money.

One of the worse experiences with this company. If you want to get treated poorly.i was telling the workers to pull up and reverse in the drive way, so they can have room to reverse in and deliver, but they did not want to cooperate and were being rude and lazy. As you can see the pictures below that theres alot of room. Yet they choose to be lazy and flaked the scene, after we corporate and listened to their instructions.

Our visit today was made memorable by the exceptional assistance of Bruce. Being unsure of how to make the right choices, his expertise and helpfulness were a true blessing.

Stratco's driver made a difficult delivery look easy. The materials were dropped off safely and where we wanted them. Couldn't be happier with the service

Fantastic from the get go. Dealt with a guy called Louis.knows his stuff, helped me with everything. I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

Huntingwood as a store is good but stratco as a company id stay away from. I got "custom made fences" for a job a got delivered what can only be described as 3 boxes of vomit. A a landscaping company being handed this stuff it was very disappointing. Installation took 3 times as long and there is a twist in the gate. Very disappointed. Il def be spending more next time with a mlre reputable company

Not the view I was expecting. If you order a carport only one side of the metal is coated. I was not made aware of this when I ordered the carport. I would have preferred the underside to be a ceiling white, not the roof. Contacted Stratco who said they would call me back. They didn't. Had to put it up as had hired carpenters to do the work and would have had to pay them to come back another day, so we just put it up.

Ive been shopping with Stratco for many years, I called up and spoke to Beau regarding a quote on Ezi Slat and Quickscreen Fencing and the service was amazing, Really helpful.

Needed a quote for fencing we saw louis who helped us through it all, friendly and great customer service knows what he is talking about.

VERY DISSAPOINTING

I ordered a 6000x3000x2400 shed from the Penrith store and paid in Full.
The delivery driver James was of great assistance.

Upon installation with stratcos installer the shed sheeting and roofing arrived 480mm longer than order also 340mm wider which is not within the Quote signed bu all parties.
As a result unsatisfactory cutting occurred to attempt installation resulting in safety concerns have been raised with Penrith store to be now left with 50mm+ gaps with sharp exposed further more allowing water to further damage.

I expected the shed to arrive as per the Quote and diagrams within the paperwork signed and cut to size and specification in production using appropriate machinery as the method used at my residence Is a WHS concern to the installer.

The unit was made clear this is for our personal belongings also buisness purpose and now poses a WHS risk having the sharp cut sheets exposed to serious injuries.

Replacement and refund has been denied to which I'm now forced to pursue further with no support from Stratco.

You can't fault the service of the staff at Stratco. We dealt with Bernadette who gave us outstanding service, and she knows her stuff. Would highly recommend these guys.

Delivery was great. The driver suggested a location for the parts that was out of the way for car access. Very appreciated.

I had a great experience today at Stratco shop in Huntingwood for tin roof. Bernadette is professional and sweet. She was very helpful and explained about different roof sheets in a way that a lay man like me could understand. Good variety products. Definitely recommend stratco.

Ibrahim has delivered our Stratco awnings to us twice now in regional NSW. He drives great distances in the stinking heat and is always so friendly to deal with. Always a smile on his face and very professional. Can't thank him enough.
