Our current Starr Strata managers (Kim Francis and Lauren Maher) have been very helpful in the management of the two complexes we own units in. One has been quite difficult due to some nitpicking owners and Lauren Maher has handled that strata with considerable diplomatic skill. She should go into politics! It's one thing to talk well to placate people, but to actually get things done as well (ACTION!) is the key element.

Useless Phil Starr stop advertising in the local paper like your some kind of guru 2 chances at selling my properties
Failed twice now I owe u $4000 because u failed selling it 6 months enjoy living in pumelway while we struggle

They are the worst by far, don't care about tenant, have to contact them more than 7 times for one issue and still didn't resolved.
Honestly feel like I'm dealing with retarded people.
