I had a water leak in my garage. I emailed Brandon Hudson, who is my Strata manager. He has responded quickly and arranged a plumber to assess the situation in 3 hours time. He also arranged the plumber to fix the problem in a week time. I am very impressed with his quick response. So efficient!

Over the past three years I have dealt on behalf of the owners of our complex with Brandon Hudson. Brandon is enthusiastic, keen and professional in handling with our ongoing urgent repairs. Brandon always listens to our requirements and deliver great outcomes. He always acts promptly and swiftly by sending relative contractors or companies to undertake professional jobs required in our complex. For that I highly recommend Mr Hudson for being very patient with us, and I personally can't thank him enough for always there for us, unlike the previous strata management who always failed to deliver on their promises.

I give three stars because I have been very unhappy with strata here in the past and my block was resolved to change management but of late the standards are picking up again. Our previous strata manager Nikki attended to issues promptly and our new strata manager Rasha is a great communicator and goes out of her way to explain issues clearly and follow up
Promptly. She goes above and beyond her regular hours and is enthusiastic about a challenging role. Prior to Nikki we were really questioning the management of our block as there were issues that were not followed up (like a neighbouring fence where a solicitor in the block had to negotiate on our behalf instead of strata as they were paid to do but were just happy to have us pay without even questioning it, trees cut down and charged to our account with no evidence of a quote to show why they were cut or who approved it, minor debts followed up with unauthorised debt collection that were then charged to our account, people coming to quote on jobs they were not qualified to do and wasting our time etc.etc.etc) but are now crossing our fingers and hoping that this situation has been turned around by hiring people like Rasha who cares about the job. I am not sure if I would recommend this company as I’m sure our previous Loyalty cost us money but I would recommend her.

I have found Starr Partners to be fantastic in their service and common sense approach to strata management. In particular Kate has been a HUGE help in assisting with our questions.

Brandon Hudson is a fantastic Strata Manager. He's very attentive, proactive and goes above and beyond. We are very lucky to have him as our Manager. 5 out of 5 person and service.

I would like to just inform persons of interest about Starr Partners Strata Management, in particular Brandon Hudson who manages Westminster Apartments, West Ryde.
Since Brandon took on the role as Strata Manager, we have been kept up to date with all information requested and more. Brandon is very knowledgeable in relation to Strata and the problems that seem to pop up, he solves with a minimum of fuss.
The phone calls I personally make to Starr Strata are numerous and the messages are promptly passed onto Brandon, who in turn rings me with the answer, followed up with an email.
Brandon has presided over meetings of major contracts that involved tens of thousands of dollars, painting of the 10 story building, internally and externally, new carpet through the building, new 5 year lift maintenance contracts and recently the installation of new pumps and a control board due to the last flooding rain storms. Updating strata scheme management by-laws. Holding committee meetings yearly and general meetings if needed.
