Have been dealing with a chap by the name of Haroon, who manages our complex in Toongabbie, and I am exceptionally happy with the work he does. He is very efficient, easy to communicate with, follows through when he promises something and is thorough. A good role model for any junior staff joining Starr Partners Strata. I contacted Brandon Hudson this morning around 8 a.m. Regarding cleaning up of my gutters. Within an hour he had raised a work order and had sent it to the gutter cleaning company. Brandon has always been very prompt in responding to requests from the owners of our complex.

I recently moved into my property but there was some issues with NBN connection and wiring. Mazen Sawaqed tried all the ways and helped me to get the work done and also Mazen Sawaqed arranged Simon to clear the work and Key issues. Both of them did a great job and always responded on time and also they are more professional and perfect on the work.

Mazen has been very helpful and professional each time he has assisted us. He is always prompt in his response and follows up consistently to ensure we are continually in the loop, demonstrating hardwork and dedication to his role. The worst strata managers. We lodged a request for our fences to be fixed in July 2021 and over 8months later we have had no response- the owners corp have not been notified, quotes have not be obtained. We send several emails and quotes but no response was received. When we complained on the lack of progress and asked for an apology from Katrina Low - she disregarded us.
