Hello I just wanted to say how lovely Katrina Low is when dealing with my many requests. Her knowledge and the way she conducts herself are a credit to Katrina. Every time I email or ring etc she greets me with the utmost respect and you can tell she is 100% listening to your requests/questions even if they are not of the most important Katrina makes you feel that you are very important to her. Star Partner has been managing our building for years and we are so happy for their service. Our previous strata manager Lisa and current manager Yousif are very good, they respond all requests and resolve issues quick and efficient.

We have just only been working with Scott Jeffries for about 6 months and was during a time when we just swapped Strata Management when everything was topsy turvy. We managed to pull through and had things resolved in an orderly manner. We thank Scott for his patience, cooperation and understanding during the difficult times when we had to meet deadlines in repairs etc.following an NCAT order. Once again on behalf of the Strata Committee we thank Scott and Starr Partners for their prompt assistance.
