Had very good experience with Stone Reality, Property Manager Beth Bowlt has been so professional and responds quickly for every query raised and makes sure it is resolved.

Cannot speak higher of Matthew Rizk and Rachel Fares. They are both incredibly helpful, professional and nothing is ever too much hassle or too much to ask for. Super prompt with all replies and eager to answer any question with informative responses. They have managed my properties for a while now and applaud/commend them for their hard work.

From the first time I spoke with John he was extremely open and friendly. He prides himself on being trustworthy. He worked hard for us to lease our place out in a difficult market and we are very happy we went to Starr Partners.

I needed to relocate from Canberra to Parramatta for work, I had specific needs for a rental property, Aaron helped me locate and submit my application for a property and Jazmine helped above and beyond by progressing my application and being on hand for our arrival and move into the property.

Poor communication with property manager Melanie, when trying to get our bond back. I was continually chasing her up. She asked for a steam cleaning receipt (we never had pets) only to find out from rental bonds online that it's against legislation for them to request that. (We had already provided the receipt before finding that out.) We also got the place professionally cleaned but was told there were issues with the clean and that was the reason for the bond return delay. Was waiting for the email about the issues but it never came. We just got the bond back instead. Longest delay I've ever experienced when chasing my bond back. Not to mention the turnover. The property manager was the 3rd person I had to deal with during our 2.5 year tenure. Very unimpressive service

Absolute WORST real estate I have ever been with and dealt with. So rude and do NOT help what so ever. Highly recommend to not go with this real estate! Nothing but issues!

John is so friendly and responsible. He will take good care of you so you don’t have to worry about anything. Thanks John you are a star!

Melanie from Starr Partners Parramatta is my property manager. She is managing my unit in a professional way and easy to communicate. When I sent her email, she replied quickly. She has gone above and beyond to look after my unit. When there is any issue with the property, she will let us know and fix the problems. My wife and I are very happy with her. We think we are so lucky to have her as our property manager. We just want to say: “Thank you, Melanie. ”

These agents dont helping you especially when there are serious problems with the property that you are renting, I was assured that the problems witg the bathroom shower and the kitchen tap would be fixed and it has been 6 months and nothing, I wont be recommending this property group to anyone and I am extremely disappointed. The reaction time to get extremely important issues fixed is pathetic, I would give 0 stars if it were possible

Can not speak highly enough of our experience renting through Starr Partners in Parramatta. John Maugeri handled our rental and was extremely professional, friendly and easy to speak to in regards to anything we needed. If we were to rent in the area again we would definitely be going back to Starr Partners and going through John as it has been by far the easiest and best experience we have had renting through an agency.
