Terrible customer support. When it comes to handling everything with the apartment we recently moved into, Cassie, the rental agent, is a total fraud. The woman working the front desk is likewise rude. Manager Adam was at the office and wouldn't come down to speak to us.

All in all, this has been the worst choice we have made since coming to this country.

Our property was previously managed by another real estate (Best Real Estate) and it was a nightmare. The lack of communication was appalling, even between their own staff it was obvious things weren’t getting communicated. I’m glad my ordeal with them is over.

The second property that I stayed was also maintianed by Stone and the property manager Kim Wang was simply awesome. So patient and responsive to any queries and always there to help. He was also very prompt in addressing maintenance issues. My exit procedure was also very smooth thanks to Kim.

The only negative that I could think about is the first property manager, she was so rude and never there to listen patiently to our queries. She has even hung up the call while I was addressing the concerns.

Andrea has sold 2 of my investment properties. Both were sold quickly at better than expected results. Highly recommended.

Delayed settlement on my property after failing to notify and evict previous tenants. Locked out on the first weekend post-settlement due to not being provided complete keys. Traumatic, very poor service experience as a first home buyer. Will not be using Stone when it comes time to sell or rent.

Aaron was very friendly and helpful throughout this whole process. We have to trust the agent a lot when selling a house and we felt very comfortable with him. He kept us up to date and informed us through the few weeks we were on the market. Very happy with our end result - with the auction going above our expectations. Very poor service received from Fatme Hallak, poor communication, constantly dodged emails, overall unhelpful. Have never been treated so poorly by a real estate agent before and would advise other to avoid if possible
