I just wanted to thank Nick and Jason for the amazingly fast and professional work in securing my family our new home before Christmas. Both gentlemen were a breeze to deal with, made life extremely easy with the leasing process and above all had kind and caring attitudes. What a great team of men to deal with - anyone who’s looking for a great property manager should be getting in contact with them both.

Jason Assaf had great knowledge and understanding of the area and my unit block. He didn’t give me any over expectations and made me feel happy the unit was under great hands. In parramatta you wouldn’t look further.

There are no dramas. Both of them are very helpful and easy to work with. But most importantly there are no hassles dealing with them and they always got stuff done which made my life easy as a renter.

As far as advocating for Tenants. This is your run of the mill real estate, only interested in looking after the Landlord's and Stratas interest. A revolving door of staff coming in and out of it too.

It is by far the best real estate i have dealt with as a renter, till another real estate took over. I dealt with Elizabeth, absolutely lovely, extremely helpful. In the 6yrs I had then I had no real dramas and my mistake thinking all real estates are this way, boy was I wrong. They are good when you talk via phone or in person but in email it’s heard to get an responses. Otherwise they are good and friendly people.

Kim Wang is my property manager. During our tenancy I have found Kim to be very easy to deal with he always attends to matters in a prompt manner. I can’t thank Kim enough for being the best property manager I’ve dealt with.

Hi Stone, I paid excessive fees to lease through you with minimal service and loads of mistakes from your end such as charging me for things I opted out of then blaming the charges on other team members then doing it a second time and letting my tenant not pay rent and not following them up adequately and as a result running out of bond leaving me with a house that is not cleaned and no bond to pay it with. I've been emailing Beth for months in regards to what you are going to do about cleaning my apartment and haven't received any response. Seems your email must be down so I will just communicate here from now, thanks Stone. Look forward to getting some communication from you soon.

The Leasing Team at this Real Estate Agency is highly unprofessional. They even don't know if an individual has dropped an Application or not, i.e, I dropped an Application recently, got the Acknowledgement over Email, SMS, and Phone, and then received a Telephonic Call few hours later with an inquiry if I am interested to drop an Application for the same Property or not. They are not responsive at all, i.e, you call them and all you hear is that someone would contact back and then you wait a lifetime for that. In one of my recent communication, one of their Employees took my Mobile Number for a call back and then just merely commented before hanging up, 'Funny Number'.

Reach out to them to start a conversation and you would find that they care customers and brings out the best strategy to tap potential market.

Don't bother. Our property manager was lazy, unresponsive, very reactive and didn't care about our property. I've worked with a lot of "below average" property managers - but Stone are by far the worst.why?
Because they just don't care.

There was no urgency to try and find a tenant for us. It took 2 weeks to advertise our property even though they were using old photos from another agency. And when they a went live they didn't have any inspection times or contact details. When I asked them to add an inspection time I got no response (I even offered to pick up the keys and do an open home inspection myself)

When our tenants moved out they left the property in a mess, destroyed the carpet, water damaged and cockroach infested - but our agent let them have their entire bond back. I later found out they also didn't even look at the photo's from the incoming conditions report. And when I asked for the photos from the incoming conditions report I didn't get a response.

They even transferred the wrong amount of rent and I had to chase them up to get this fixed.

Their laziness, shortcuts and lack of responsiveness costed us thousands in repairs and lost rent from vacancy periods.

I ended up having to switch to another agent to find a tenant and was able to get the place leased within 2 weeks.

Advice to property owners:
Just read some of the other reviews. Clearly there's a few property managers here who seem to be a bit disorganised or just don't care.

Very professional property management company. A big high fives to Nandini who has been managing the property that I rented out, Always been very responsive and top of mark on the issues that matters.

I have owned rental properties for over 40 years so know a good Property Manager when I see one. Nandini has been looking after two of my properties for the last 2 years and has been highly professional and responsive in dealing with all rental and maintenance issues encountered. Nandini keeps me very well informed and is always courteous. Highly recommended

WORST AGENCY EVER, no work ethic, no accountability. JUST FALSE PROMISES.

We had broken smoke alarms, broken locks and broken fixtures that we were promised will be fixed over 4 months ago, no action have yet been taken yet by the agents.

They all are lazy and highly unprofessional who has no regard for tenants, all they care for is their rent.
