David and Michael were really helpful in helping me secure an apartment in less than 2 weeks and came in on their days off to complete handover and paperwork. I really appreciated their responsiveness and how they went out of their way to provide me with physical copies of typically electronic documents. Love the unit and thanks alot guys!

Nicholas Tremaine send me a video inspection of one property I'm interested, he did an excellent job, well described and he showed all what you want to see on a video inspection. Very professional, 100 % recommended.

Avoid this agent, they are hopeless and lazy.
As a landlord, they attempted to force me to pay for services despite my stating clearly in an email that I did not require it, after multiple attempts of following up my Property Manager with no response I cc'd in the General Manager, only then did I get the courtesy of a response and a reluctant refund. Following this, I was charged for the same thing a few months later!
The staff are not at all proactive, they never contacted me before renewal dates to discuss next steps, they just wait around for something to happen, even when I chased up they didn't really bother to try and secure a new deal.
Two weeks ago I was told that my unit would be vacated yesterday however no-one bothered to chase up the tenant to see when they intended to drop in the keys and instead I had to follow up this morning to see what was happening, I then found out the tenant won't be vacating until next Monday, I've revolved my whole week around the tenant vacating today, ie- I've taken days off work and put children into childcare yet Stone just casually tell me they got the date wrong spinning some weird story about not having the tenants number as someone else had taken over the lease, isn't it the agents responsibility to know who is renting the place out or at least have their phone number? I'm not sure what I have been paying Stone for over the past years.
I would not recommend this company and strongly advise against renting through them, I will be finding a new agent!

Stone Real Estate Parramatta split from Starrpartners Parramatta, and after involuntarily becoming their customer (not anymore), as a landlord, I experienced from them among others:
- Attempts to force me into paid service I do not need/required
- Claims for the money both from me and my tenants, they were not
entitled to
- Charging me for the service they did not provide
- Failure to contact me before property inspections (they outsourcing
it) should I wish to attend
- Failure to contact me before contract renewal due date the way I was
unable to renegotiate the rates and other matters
- Documents lost, confidential documents leakage
- Failure to pass the information from the tenants about repairs
needed to be carried out exposing my property to
further damage and exposing the tenants to safety/health risks.

Stone Real Estate Parramatta is a dysfunctional business

Beth is approachable, friendly and responsive. She is extremely across her work by heart, can easily grasp the latest developments in relation to a property, and offer assistance readily to clients

For years I was using Starr Partners to manage my property and was very happy with their customer service. As soon as Stone Real Estate took over the standard dropped considerably. Communication is close to non-existent and you have to chase the the agents to get a response. It took them weeks to re-advertise my property even though it was vacant and they only listed it when I chased them. I have found a new agent and am already much happier with the service. Avoid Stone Real Estate at all costs.

We are really happy with the services provided. The property which I am renting is managed by Nandini. She is very helpful and always solve the issue quickly. I would highly recommend for any property related services.
