66Paid over $100 to be washed vacuumed poilshed and it wasnt a good job atall and they threw my hairbrush into the bin.never had a promblem before mist of changed owners.
Would give 0 stars if i could, paid for a platinum wash $55 car was not wiped down properly, had water marks, the grill wasn't even washed and still had bugs on the front of my car. I had to wash my car when i got home. The best they did was cleaned the interior! Never again will i take my car to this useless car wash! I'd advise whoever reads this not to use their poor services either! A 4yr old could do a better job
Would give it a 0 if I could. First time using them- the car is still so dirty, including patches of dirt from mud. & only 3 out of 4 tyres were shined! Absolute waste of time/money!
Paid for the Star wash including polish and interior clean. Drivers side must have been washed in the dark.parts not even washed let alone waxed. Interior not cleaned at all, just had some spray added to smell pretty. Maybe they were too busy having to clean mine and one other car.
Don't waste your money.

Paid for the standard service as I don't like committing to the most expensive clean at a place I have never experienced before - and I'm glad I did.
Interior:
Clean windows - NOT done as there are still streaks on the interior windscreen and windows
Exterior:
Several (over 10) marks still on the front bonnet, and another 4 on the passenger side door. I didn't bother even looking over the rest of the car since I was in a hurry and already knew it would have been a poor job.
The only reason I did not ask for it to be cleaned properly as per the website specifications is because I was in a hurry.
ABSOLUTELY WOEFUL EXPERIENCE.
Super clean car and great customer service. Mobile phone notifications are handy, you know exactly when your car is ready to go.
