Star Car Wash

Extremely happy with end result of vacuuming, washing and polishing. All done in the timeframe that was suggested. Would definitely recomend.

I had my car washed and the inside cleaned and vacuumed this morning
I was disappointed as there are still a lot of black marks on the car (which I was able to rub off) the underside of the door handles were not washed the inside of the drivers door was not cleaned and the interior of the windscreen has a patch of about 4” in the middle all the way from top to bottom that was missed
I usually take my car to the Mt Druiit people and have never had a problem
Very disappointed

Always careful, well done and reasonable. Bugs are always removed after a trip, extra mud not complained about.

I have used Star Car wash many times and have found that do an awesome job. Never had a complaint re their service.

Was not happy with the car wash I got today its like I don't think they even used soap it was like it was just washed with water
there was still hand marks all over the car they missed the windows both in side and out had hand prints and marks I took it up with the owner and he told them to bring it back round to fix up what was really missed yes they did fix up a few things but I was like nah I'm just gonna pay and go i just was not happy with the service was the first time I used them I will not again

Extremely happy with their service 10/10 my car has never looked better and was ready ahead of time.

Even one star isn’t enough. I got my car back after month of repair. Car was dusty inside. After receiving it i went straight to Star car wash penrith Westfield (first mistake). Paid around $200 (Interior detailing-Second mistake) for my 2020 SUV. To be honest, One of the most laziest detailing job lol. After receiving it, There was still dust behind seats, under sun visors, on AC vents. Never paying again for this “DeTaiLiNg”.

They guys at the Penrith Plaza Star Car wash always do a very thorough job. Always on time too.

Terrible service, paid $200 for a full clean and detail, wheels weren't cleaned properly, lots of dirt and dust inside the car under the front seats. Some of my property was missing from inside the car afterwards.

If you value good customer service and expect it, DO NOT give your business to this car wash. I have never been treated so rudely! I booked my car in and drove in to ask where to park the car and we were yelled at and treated terribly. First AND last time customer. I didn’t even let them touch my car. Do yourself a favour and never custom here!

Booked my car in on Friday morning at 9: 30 am for a platinum wash $55. My car was done by an hour. Looked great and clean inside and out. If only it wasn’t raining outside. But that wasn’t a big issue, as my car hadn’t had a good wash for months so definitely made a huge difference.

Amazing people that do an amazing job. The only place I go to get my car washed. Would not trust anyone else. Fantastic service.

I was supposed to sell my car this afternoon, so I went to wash it at 10 am. Requested a wash for which I paid $ 75. Absolutely dissappointing, I have had to clean it again. If you are going to charge a service, at least I expect adequate cleaning and not so unprofessional. Not coming back, I do not recommend this place. I can't believe that there are still services of such inferior quality.
